So for someone to make such assumptions is not okay. No one knows of eachothers situation so assumptions should not have been made. So perhaps some common courtesy should be bestowed upon the staff. A simple "are you alright sir/madam?" Would have sufficed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on or until common courtesy is practiced within your place of business.
