This place is HORRIBLE!!! The ones that have no complaints are usually the Hispanics because the workers are Hispanics!!! There has been too many time that they would treat me differently as a black woman. But when their race pop in, they are really friendly. The workers suck at their job! Some Hispanic dude got mad because I drove to the first order line and not the second one (there were no cones blocking it off) he came outside yelling and looking mad. So I drove to the front to confront him and see what his issue was. He acted confused, the black girl in front was smiling like it was funny, and the manager did NOTHING. just asked me what did I want to order....and dude didn't even apologize. I hate that location. They don't know how to talk to people and they have given away my orders before. PLEASE shut this area down! I wouldn't recommend if you're not Hispanic ordering there. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Last week while in the midst of my client appointments I visited the Mcdonald's on Sheridan Road/Wadsworth in Beack Park, Illinois; I arrived about 1130am or thereabouts. I observed, as I pulled in, a noticeable lack of vehicles in the drive-through as well as in the carpark and thought it somewhat unusual for that time of day; I don't recall ever seeing a McDonald's so empty. I pulled through the drive-through; the server asked for my order, which I gave. The server then responded, "Pull up to the first window." I recall that the server did not say, "Welcome to McDonald's," or any similar phrase and found it peculiar. At the first window, I was not greeted nor acknowledged. The cashier simply opened the window a fraction of an inch and extended her hand; I gave her my credit card. She then returned my credit card & receipt and shut the glass firmly, without greeting me, thanking me, or in any other way acknowledging my custom. I found this somewhat rude, if I must be honest. At the second window, my order was handed to me by a man who said (and only said), "Here's your order." No "Thank you," or anything else to suggest, again, that my custom was welcome and/or appreciated. When I opened the bag (I had ordered a chicken sandwich) I was appalled to discover that the sandwich had not been assembled, but simply thrown into the clamshell and dropped into the bag. It was an absolutely sloppy mess. The fries were not hot: lukewarm at best and even that's being generous. Regrettably, I was very hungry (and my sugars were low); I had to eat something and so I did. I now realise why this establishment has so few customers; who wants to patronise...this? I do not recommend this McDonald's and I certainly do not intend to return. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. read more

The nightshift crew I understand it's late and your tired but I just really want to know that I broke my shift too and I forgot my lunch and you literally ruined my 30 minutes by wasting my time and taking my money and not giving me a refund so just know that I will be calling in the morning because you sucked with communication and helping and didn't even try. read more

When the restaurant is open 24hours you would think you would be able to get your fast food right away well don't order around 11pm unless you have cash, and don't think it helps to use mobile order because they need 20mins....then another 10 mins to reboot but they want to fight with you that they said 30 mins, when they said 20mins. I payed so obviously I have to sit here and twiddle my thumbs. Very annoying!! read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. We went through the drive through the other day. Simple order. The person taking the order didn't speak clearly had long pauses and I had to repeat items multiple times. We get the order and I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. They handed me a strawberry milk shake. I told the person at the window I ordered a smoothie. He kept saying yes smoothie. It was ridiculous. Then they hand us a coke, but we ordered a frozen coke. Again not what we ordered. Simply employees who just didn't care. Believe me I know how hard working in food service is. But this isn't the first time I've had issues at this location. I recommend driving a little and going to another location. McDonalds you need to get your corporate folks out to this location and see how bad the service is. read more

I don't know why people keep giving this location one star. It's just an average McDonald's! Nobody got my order wrong and everyone was really nice. With only one order of nuggets, they gave us six sauces! And everyone knows how McDonald's is stingy with sauce. I got a free smoothie because of a coupon I received that same day! My only complaint is that there was a fruit fly by the fountain drinks, and that was pretty annoying. Everything is exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's. Me and my husband went today we ordered 2 mcdouble bundle and we received our fries cold and they wasn't cooked right and then the manager said that they was making everything fresh we asked her nicely "maybe you guys took it out of the frier to early". She keep on arguing really disappointed. Me and my husband working late on we was on our 30 minutes break she said we can go back and show her the fries we said no because we didn't have time left. bad customer service. This McDonald's is clean and has been recently updated. The service is normally friendly and the order received as requested. The problem is that anytime you visit this place you have about a 75% chance of getting hassled for money by drug addicts or the homeless. Apparently the management doesn't care, for most of these panhandlers are "regulars" at the place -- they will harass you inside the restaurant and even follow you to your car as they keep asking for money. The management here could easily stop this if they wanted to (they just have to "trespass" the offenders), but apparently they have no desire to do so. read more

McDonald's salads are great I don't eat the burgers cuz I quit eating meat the fish is alright sausage and Egg McMuffins I probably my favorite and the morning with a cup of coffee you can't beat price of coffee and if you choose to dine inside refills many times they have just given on me 14 no charge. All in all there an excellent chain. This stuff always welcomes you with open arms in all the McDonald's. I've been to the corporate McDonald's where they serve wine and they have an excellent training program. It's a good place for your first time getting a job as a teenager. read more

I just left this location, and literally as I was looking at a sign advertising the 2-for-$4 specials I was told they don't do that any more. This is the third time in the past few months this has happened, so I'll never go back, not even for the terrible service. Ordered 3 large drinks with no nice.... ofcourse when I got to the window on drive through there was ice. I asked kindly to get it changed and the employee shook his head at me??? Since when is it wrong for a customer to get what they asked for? After he handed me my drinks, he saw one of the cups was overfilling and didn't care to change it. All he did was dump the soda on the cap off and hand me a cup with soda dripping all over the cup... mind you, I have a brand new vehicle. I've only had the car for 3 days and now there is Dr.Pepper soaked on to my seat. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER.... she hung up on me the first time and when I called again she didn't even express any concern over the matter and just said "come get your drinks I'll be waiting for you"... 1, I am not driving back to get disappointed again! 2, why are you offering to fix my order when that isn't the issue??? I'm so surprised that this is the first review for this location! ZERO STARS! Horrible, horrible service 90% of the time! Orders are NEVER correct, as simple as they may be. I mean HOW HARD IS IT? It's sad to say that as much as we go there, (wait, why DO we frequent this location - or McDonalds in general? Perhaps that's another discussion entirely) we are actually surprised when the orders are correct! Failure is expected, and I'm stupid enough to continue going back, but, it has somehow become an "acceptable" thing to have items missing from our orders, and due to the fact that we're constantly on the run, and pressed for time, which is why we frequent this "fast food" chain out of "convenience", I literally don't have the time to be inconvenienced, park my vehicle, go in, and wait for someone to become available, (when I've already waited longer than I probably should have in the drive through line as it is), and then receive poor treatment, for THEIR MISTAKE. Naa, I'll just deal with the incorrect order, and/or missing items instead. I mean, that missing hashbrown was ONLY a dollar. So they forgot to put eggs on my breakfast sandwich, not really worth the hassle, right? I actually think you rely on this way of thinking, McDonalds. Yeah, I'm boycotting this location. Sorry, I guess, for having high expectations (if it's a high expectation to actually receive the items that we pay for) of one of the largest chains - like ever.
