Foods fine, but we pay for stuff we don't get. I orderd a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with a sprite. We never got the sprite service sucks the drive through lady got our order wrong 4 times, we had to correct her 4 times read more

One star because that's as low as it goes. The only reliable way to get what your order is to present yourself at the counter and then go through your bag with an annoyed employee so you can point out the things they charged you for that aren't in your bag. I'm avoiding this location like the plague from now on. I always give it a chance because it's the closest location but they always mess it up. I'm not talking about ketchup packets either. Maybe I should just order one sandwich? Because the more I order the harder it is for them remember I guess. "Quality Control." Look it up. You're making $11 an hour to "kinda do it right"? Bada ba ba ba, I'm over it read more

My husband and I stopped to order at McDonalds, he hated the kiosk. The food was good but on our way home we both got the runs, quick! The day was over, no more shopping. Thanks fast food. I called to try and reason with the manager, Tom. All he could talk about was food poisoning. I told him maybe to consider the process of making the food, changing something he could. He went back to poisoning and how no one else called about it. Try working with caring people who just want to help with your business. My husband said no more McDonalds. I said, I told you I got sick before and now you did too. read more

Rude workers. Ice cream machines is bs never working LIES! The cokes taste like wata and never fill them all the way up like tf!

I just wanted to come get some french fries after work and this nasty attitudinal man started to take my order. He then thank you have a great day kept cutting me off when I tried to order, talking to other people while I was trying to order my . When I pulled up to pay, he didn't say anything at all. Working in customer service you need a good attitude. He didn't Say the normal have a nice day either. He's having a really crappy day or he's just a really crappy person. read more

I always see their hiring , four separate times I made a resume and application and stayed up to my app & their hiring manager is "too lazy" to hire new people , even coming from employees. There's even been times I've been waiting to get a call back and I'd see new workers working all of a sudden . Also their employees don't clean tables or customer areas how they should . I've been there and had to stand n eat or take it home because tables n sitting chairs are messy . DO BETTER , GIVE PEOPLE A CHANCE ! read more

Remodeled but with the same slow service. I went inside for a frappe with no one else inside and it still took 10 minutes to get it. Hint for The management have the kids goof off less and work more. I only came back to this location to wait for someone who had an appointment near by. I think I'll go elsewhere next time. read more

McDonald's - Inside kiosk. - Burgers Near Me - Bay City, Michigan

Stopped for a bathroom and lunch. Skipping lunch and looking for another spot- why? Because the floors are an accident waiting to happen!!! We walked in the door and I instantly slid - turned around and warned my husband about the floors. The floors are not slippery from water (it recently rained), but the greasy kind of slippery. There is no reason for the floors to be greasy at the entrance. And if they can't clean a floor well, I question their ability to clean the things we can't see. read more

Extremely rude customer service, may be quick to get food out but not polite employees. Sad to witness people being like this their customers. read more

This spot has a couple bad reviews, but we experienced the exact opposite. The restaurant was clean, the staff were very quick to check on us and followed up after our order was placed. We got our food fast and had no complaints. I wish I caught the name of the employee at the register, because she was great with everyone. read more

3rd shift here isn't very good; there are very few friendly faces and a lot of negative attitudes. very rarely do they get my orders right after a long day at work when i just want a quick bite to eat. 10/10 would not recommend going here after 11 :) read more

I used to love this McDonald's they were fast friendly and got you the order right. The last few times I went there dining room is closed due to Covid I totally understand however they make nearly every car pull around to the other side of building to pick up their order - they seriously need to look at their processes this all seem to start happening more when they added a second drive-through which is common other McDonald locations. I had to pull ahead for a cheeseburger; really McDonald you don't have a cheeseburger made? This reminds me of when other McDonald's have changed ownership very clearly customer service has gone downhill. read more

Went to this place yesterday and ordered a hamburger, fries, and an order of hotcakes. The order was sitting in the window when we pulled up. Went home and I wondered why the burger and fries were in a paper bag on top of the hotcakes, which were in a larger plastic bag. Upon removing said hotcakes, I knew why. Two hotcakes were at one end of the tray and the last one was sort of folded on the left side of the tray. The bag was to conceal the condition of the hotcakes. This is inexcusable. I expect better from McDonald's read more

I have been going to the McDonald's on Washington Ave here in Bay City about 3 times a week for Breakfast, I like their Big Breakfast without the Hot Cakes.... Nothing against their Hotcakes I think that they really good. I'm just watching the waste line. Well, today I went thru the Drive Thru Ordered the Big Breakfast without the Hot cakes. Got home, no hash brown???? This is probably the 4th time they have screwed up my order in about 6 months. I called they apologized, they said they will give me my Hash-brown when I come tomorrow for Breakfast. They are nice and courteous but, there should be some changes in Management I would suspect. Or at least they need more training, to insure that the orders get filled properly. Granted they only have screwed me over on my orders like 4 times in 6 months. But, if you extrapolate that to how many customers that they service....... I would think the problem is larger than them picking on me every once in a while...lol,lol I would imagine that a lot of people don't ever bother calling them when they screw their order up. How many people don't complain???? They need to make some changes. read more
