Completely got the order wrong. Lack of cleanliness throughout the entire store. The person taking our order was the MANAGER and he couldn't figure out to work the register. It's just really unfortunate and disappointing. read more

Alright, first off I know how annoying it can be for a late night order, but me and a couple of dudes were hungry and this is the only place. We knew it would be taking a while because we did have 4 separate orders with quite a bit of food each. The manager first off gave us our drinks and asked if all the food was for this car, we all said yes then he went back inside. A bit later the first order came out and the lady said the order number and we all looked at our phones, then I said it was mine and she handed it into the car, then started sprinting back inside (we had curbside pickup). We all started laughing because she just turned and zoomed. Around 8 min later the manager came out visibly angry and said that we were "harassing her". I don't understand how we did but I guess. Told us never to do that again very sternly. oh and yeah, I was missing 2 nuggets. TLDR: apparently harassed a worker for laughing when they sprinted inside. read more

Cold food. They can't seem to give you the food you ordered. Pop is never given to you full. Wait time is about 35 minutes for drivethru. And the food they give you is so disgusting you just throw it out the window and write off the money for the meal as a loss because why would you bother going back for more food. read more

Absolutely the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been to. Walk inside and garbage is overflowing out of the can with a small mountain of trash below it. Even the trash cans behind the counter were overflowing with trash. Couldn't find any clean tables to eat at. Was ignored by cashier for 5 minutes. As we sat down and began eating our meals(Fries were ice cold and soggy as usual) we noticed hundreds of dead flies in the windows that looked like they had been there for days. The older tall woman manager is one of the worst managers I've ever seen. Stands in the back all day and can hear her yelling insults at the crew. Also see the bald woman go for 20 smoke breaks and can hear her talking down about other employees with the tall older woman. Very unprofessional! read more

Very cold, slow service, and very dirty bathrooms the only good thing was that it was open on Sunday at noon

This place is so lucky that there are not more choices in town. First the short little cashier tried to short me $3.00 in change and then looked at me as if I was crazy. Then after waiting 20 minutes for Chicken Nuggets and a Quarter pounder the guy yells at the girl, hey did this one go out? She replies with I think so. Well it hadn't so Mr. Magoo yells back to the cook, better make a quarter pounder. I said, Geesh I have been waiting 20 minutes for food. They replied with "We make everything fresh." As the nuggets and fries sit there getting cold as Cool Hand Luke grills up the burger. Then miss sticky fingers attitude repeatedly offers me a refund to leave "her store". All while I'm just standing there with a disapproving look. Once the burger is done, they throw it on the tray and say "here". Now you would think this would end my misery but oh no, Cool hands cleared out the screen so he didn't see that it was supposed to be without onions. Mr. Magoo did offer to remake it but with how long it took to get the first one I figured picking the onions off of it was the better idea because Sticky fingers probably would have spit or even worse judging by her inability to be nice. I really hope that the employees at some point can find joy in life because they have an incredible chip on their shoulders. read more
