Time and time again, I order delivery from this store and I get incorrect items or things are missing. Last visit on 09/8 I was missing the Sandwich with my meal, This time as I just received my delivery tonight, I'm literally missing the whole meal. I got my Drinks and the extra chicken sandwich with the order It is always an issue with this restaurant. And instead of contacting me or letting my delivery driver know they may be out of something (like any normal food place), they just sub it without asking when I could just have the order canceled. Not to mention, they don't even have the whole menu listed on delivery apps for this location like the other McDonald locations around it. I Do not recommend this location whatsoever. read more

My son is always happy with the McDonald's happy meal and then if they have that 20 nuggets with two medium fries, my son, this is going to think that he likes so we try to make it something where he can get his quick and it's convenient he likes the chicken nuggets and he likes to Fry's. The service is pretty fair. At least 35 minutes in the drive thru line. I asked the man ( his shirt made me think manager ) why they were SO slow. He said people were about to go home, end of shift. a week ago NEW Tremendously downhill. Been visiting since 2012 when I moved here in 9th grade. The service and ticket times are truly amazing in an unbelievable way. 25 minutes for a single 3-pack of cookies. 40 minutes for the lady next to me with an order for herself alone. Only one kiosk screen working. Eye contact multiple times with customers waiting to order with no acknowledgment as simple as a "we'll be right with you." or a "please utilize the kiosk.". 2/28/25 approximately 1:00am. I was in line in excess of 15 minutes but that's not the problem. I expected that. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers ($3.89 + $1.00 = $4.89) and a medium fry $3.29. $4.89 + $3.29 = $8.18. Tax $8.18 x 0.0975% = $0.80. $8.18 + $0.80 = $8.98. I was charged $9.95. I now drive out of my way to go to ANY McDonald's BUT THIS ONE. The staff here is beyond incompetent and the management and ownership do not care. I have rarely ever received a correct order here. They can't even count high enough to put 20 nuggets in a box. I've ordered a bottle of chocolate milk and got some sort of McCafe drink instead. If you order multiples of any item (like two large fries), you'll only get one. I don't expect much from McDonald's, but I do expect them to at least know the difference between a cheeseburger and a Big Mac. It's really just sad how royally these people screw everything up. Drive through is usually pretty quick. The accuracy of your order usually isn't. I have to go back into the store at least half of the times I go through the drive through. But at least I don't have to wait very long to get my usually incorrect food. read more

This location was remodeled since I was last in Memphis, made a big difference. It's much more open and seating is more organized for groups/families. The one problem that was evident throughout was the lack of cleanliness... The bathroom sink looked as if someone had just come in from rebuilding a diesel engine, the towel dispensers barely worked, and the floors were just filthy... Even the area where people stood in line to order was dingy and filthy, like it hadn't been mopped in quite awhile. We had to actually get a bundle of napkins and wet them with water to clean off the table before we sat down. Looking around, almost every unoccupied table looked like it needed to be wiped down. The trash was overflowing and starting to stink as well. It's McD's, it's busy, but there's no excuse for the dirty floors/tables with a full staff. read more
