Looked like…read moreI was at a McDonald's in a middle eastern country. 95% of the customers were immigrants and they were enjoying different products with their families and significant others. We ordered the following : -Big Mac meal medium with fries and sprite -Big Mac sandwich -quarter pounder sandwich After placing the order and paying it literally took 15-20 minutes for the food to come out. At one point I even inquired about the order being lost. But it came out soon enough. The Big Mac was a little light on the Big Mac sauce but none the less delicious. The quarter pounder was pretty good too. Staff was very busy as they had their hands full with customers in the restaurant and drive thru but they were doing a great job to get things moving along. 5 star always enjoy McDonald's in international countries specially if it is halal.

We ordered two pizzas for delivery tonight, received the wrong order. Delivery man came and took them and then brought back the "correct" pizzas. Which then we found one was wrong AGAIN! When we called the second time, the girl on the phone said "what would you like me to do, there's nothing I can do because the chef is sure he made the right thing". We offered to send a photo and were told we had to bring it back ourselves to PROVE that it was incorrect because the chef was certain he did not make this pizza. We spoke to the chef after waiting for 10 minutes because "he is busy" and were absolutely disgusted in his attitude screaming on the phone and saying he made the right pizza and it was not his problem. My husband and I drove to the shop in my pyjamas leaving my son at home, to show them. We did not even get an apology, the girl at the front was laughing and so was the driver who was standing there watching us. The chef only said it was a mistake and threw $10 back in our face after throwing away the pizza in the bin. He then called my husband a "wanker" because my husband got angry and raised his voice. No apologies, no sympathy, rubbish customer service! They don't even deserve one star!

I then went to order and my mate was in front of me. He went to buy something on the app from the secret menu, and she told him only people that work at kfc are allowed to eat the secret menu. He works at KFC so he showed her his account, and she accused him of lying and got super aggressive towards him. Then it was my turn to order, I had a young lady who I thought was a good worker but boy was I wrong! I asked for a go bucket, and it took her literally a minute to put a go bucket on the order. How? I could do it faster than that and I have 0 experience. And yet again, there's more! I was watching her pack meals and chips. She is so bloody slow! She used tongs to pick up each piece of popcorn chicken! Who does that??? Oh don't leave, there's even MORE! We sat there for 14 minutes waiting for our meals, and mine was just one go bucket. After the girl gave someone their meal, she just went next to the manager serving people, and stood there watching her for legit 7 minutes. I was watching the time because boy I was feeling heated. This KFC is by far the worst I've ever been to. I thought Mount Annan KFC would be difficult to beat but I was wrong. Absolutely atrocious.

It was dry. I can tell this chicken seating at the window for lil while. Greasy but no crispy no hot. And I believe they spread salt top of the chicken so it was lilbit salty. Doesn't taste good . French fries -this was good!! Fresher than chicken and perfect seasoning. Me and my mom was almost fighting over the fries but we have big left over chicken. I saw slot of different items on the menu so till I'm in this area I like to try the other stuff and hope the other items make me .
