HORRIBLE! Went in earlier today and it took 15 minutes for just a medium and and Coke Zero! Then when my fries came out they were STILL UNDERCOOKED and not crispy at all. Don't even waste your time read more

I wanted to snag a happy meal because I needed to get the current toy lol. Surprisingly there was no line at the drive thru and it was easy breezy. I forgot how cute the happy meals are with everything miniature size. I got the hamburger happy meal and tbh, it was just okay. The burger was super dry but the fries were nice and salty. I got a sprite to drink and it tasted more like sparkling water with a splash of syrup. Nevertheless, I got the toy that I wanted so it wasn't all that bad! read more

Terrible store. Employees who don't care about their jobs. Owner who doesn't care about customers. Your order will be correct maybe 10% of the time. If you're doing curbside, no one will come out to your car. If you're in store , you'll have to fight to get someone's attention. Food is often cold in addition to being inaccurate more often than not. Management NEVER responds to complaints. Location is dangerous. Someone has been Murdered there. Assaults happen inside the store . Its just a bad McDonald's location and hasn't improved over the years. Lot of employees are rude and curse in front of guests. Service is very slow read more

poor food temperature drive-through attendant was far from friendly. Even though it was my turn to be serviced at the window, she took orders from the other drive-through line instead. I won't post pics of the food or drinks since they are standard McDonald's meals but I wanted to review this location based on the service. I come in here every couple of weeks and the service is usually prompt, courteous and efficient. The employees are definitely an asset to this location (I usually only go in the morning so this review is based on these service times). read more

Ordered delivery. They missed our 2 burgers, food was cold, and no straws. Refused to redeliver, gave insufficient refund.

I don't know who worked at this McDonalds today-- Feb 17th at 11 PM but that team of PROFESSIONALS made me the best fish filet sandwich meal since the picture. I truly hope management sees this. Yall went too crazy. The bread was buttery soft, my fries were hot and fresh I mean wow 10/10 read more

I have never one time gotten what I ordered here. They get it wrong every time. Do not bother ordering anything from them as it will be 1/2 missing. First time ordered lunch for 2 but only got half of it. I thought I would try again about 6 months later. First they cancelled my order because they gave it to the wrong person; then the second order arrived missing half of what was ordered. Re ordered the missing items and was charged for a "small order". What a rip off!! How hard is it to fulfill an order? it is printed right there on the receipt!!! read more

The worst place to sit in at, This place had an attitude with me all through my order. There were two ladies doing it while I got my order. I came in at 11:49am. They got two male workers to join them as I sat and ate my food. This is the hood, the security guard even sat in on it, did not care for the staffs behavior. This is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to in the country! Not only is the food quality terrible but the people are so incompetent that they don't pay attention to any special requests. I ordered. McDouble meal no pickles with a six piece and got to McDoubles with no condiments whatsoever just cheese and patties, No fries & No nuggets! This is the last time I'll ever even eat McDonald's because at this point it's the blatant lack of quality & standards for me. DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED read more

I've just moved to this side of the city, so this is my new McDonalds location. It's been two months and multiple visits. Every time I go, the lines are moving fast (even when the speaker was down they had someone come out and take orders), the employees are polite, do double checks on your order when you come to the window, and so far my order has NEVER been wrong at this location. I'm at the point where I'm feeling like I don't need to check my food before i drive away anymore. My last location something went wrong every time to the point where I didn't even wanna go anymore. Food is hot and fresh, never had a soggy hash brown or gold patty. Thanks Moreland Drive McDonald's :) read more

If you want to be treated like trash over fast food, then make sure to stop by. The curbside spots were all full and there was only 1 spot left. A worker told me to move because it was a drive thru spot, fine, I decided to get into the drive thru to grab the order (I was craving mcdonalds after some spine injections and so it was painful to walk) got to the window and the same worker who made me move threw a bag at me and when I said I was supposed to have drinks with the order she called me a liar and then started to get real rude. I realized it wasn't even my order she handed me. She told me she wanted me to come inside, proceeded to pick up my order and said "your order is right here you need to come inside to get it" I asked if she could just hand it to me since I couldn't really walk and she started to shout "you better not get smart and try to argue with me. I said what I said" and that I needed to go inside. Fine. I went inside and waited. I asked a worker for my order and she said I had to wait for the girl who was helping with "pickup orders". Some girls behind me were annoyed and so we started to talk. They got their order and made the girl give me my order. They said I had way more patience than they would have. They were so sweet to help me since I was being ignored. The girl from the drive thru she started shouting and wailing her arms around like a fool saying "i told her to come inside but she wanted to sit in the drive thru and im not about to give her her food" Her coworker grabbed the back, replaced the fries and gave me my food and apologized. Before I realized it I had spent an HOUR at McDonalds. I should have left but all I wanted was some comfort food since I was in pain. They need to fire that girl because she acted like she was ready to fight me. I understand they deal with a lot but she was out of pocket. Im a customer service person and refuse to disrespect workers no matter what but that young girl needs a reality check. read more

Honestly I understand the terrible rating on yelp. We live walking distance to this location. It's become a joke in our house that calling this McDonald's is about as useful as contacting a dead relative. We've shown up before they were supposed to close the lobby and they locked up anyway. If you even manage to get into the door it will take you about 20 minutes for an employee to even find the register. We finally flagged down and employee and asked if we could place an online order and pick it up here. He refused and said we had to get our car and go through the drive thru. The lobby is still supposed to be open. We offered to do 95% of the work. Put our own order in, pay online ourselves, and all they have to do is hand us our food. Instead this employee insisted we had to walk back to our apartment complex so we got our car and placed our order which always takes so much longer at this location plus it was incorrect when we received it. (missing a McDouble and the nuggets weren't cooked all the way) Not to mention, last time I ordered here my crispy chicken patty was burnt to a point that it was completely unedible and fries were cold and miserable. Almost every thing we order has to be eaten without the bun. I'm not sure what issues this location is running into when it comes to preparing buns but it must be bad. I honestly didn't realize how different things can be when you're ordering from a franchise. I guess McDonald's now consistently has cold fries, cold burgers, and burnt chicken sandwiches. Plus you will constantly be challenged by employees if they mess up your order. If something is wrong it's YOUR FAULT. They will argue with you at the window even after you show them the reciept read more

This review is about a single experience at this location. We usually go to this specific McDonald's at least 3-4 times per month. With the exception of this visit, all others have been good. During a visit to McDonald's Restaurant 15142 (6/10/22 at 2:30 pm), I experienced something no parent or child should be subjected to at any time or place. While waiting for our food in the drive-thru at the 2nd window, I noticed that 3 female employees took turns coming to the window to look into our car. Once this caught my attention, I tuned into what they were saying to each other. They were commenting and taking turns at the window to look at my 13-year-old son's penis imprint in his shorts. Mind you, all the while, my son was being a regular kid, wearing his headphones and watching comics on his phone. Fortunately, he was oblivious to the jeers of those sick, perverted women. I am sickened and sadden by this experience. Those women looked just like me and possibly also have sons or at least other male children in their life that look like my son. Why did they think that that conversation was appropriate at work AND was one that they could have IN FRONT OF this child's mom? We will no longer patron this establishment and I will continue to research ways to make the surrounding community aware of how unprofessional and perverted some drive-thru staff at this McDonald's location can be. read more

Hi son, this is a starter McDonald's but they straight up suck I walked in and I see a woman fighting someone in a booth and shoved a sweet tea with ice down her shirt. Then I saw three cockroaches in the bathroom one in the sink one on the ceiling and one in the toilet, then I saw a police in the kitchen arrested someone after that's when I ordered my food it was $28. I ordered a large fry I didn't say nothing but I thought I would tell y'all said this is unacceptable. read more

It's 9:42a.m. on a Saturday and I've just left the McDonald's. Very dirty. Very, very dirty. I can't believe the 95A score is legit. Last nights french fries are still on the floor under the fryer. The only in store cashier this morning dropped apple slices on the floor, picked it up and put them back in the fridge that holds creamers, juices, etc When she assisted me I asked her about it. She took them out of the fridge and took them to a lady,I assume a manager, with long box braids. She said something to her and gave her the slices. The woman took them and placed them on one of the work stations. Imagine your child biting that disgusting pack open. Also, with a floor so filthy and such high traffic, how is this the right thing to do? Isn't this contaminating the workspace and fridge? This is my neighborhood location and I'm so very disappointed and I hope to hear from someone soon. read more

It's McDonald's. I wasn't planning to write a review. However, the SIX flies congregated on the menu board behind the counter cashier prompted me to do so. When I asked the cashier why there were so many flies flying around back there, she said they were coming through the open drive thru window. That actually made sense to me, I glanced to see if I saw any in the food prep area, I didn't, so I proceeded on. There was one cashier line open, and a very long line waiting to order. There appeared to be plenty of people working. Staff was pleasant. Self-serve drink station wasn't clean. Had residue around the soda spouts and some tiny flying bugs around the area. Tables in dining area dirty. Had to clean one myself to sit down. Had to shoo flies the entire time I ate. Not a pleasant dining experience. read more

The workers here are rude. They are talking about customers after they leave in front of the other customers. The lines are ridiculous and there's only one register open. There's several employees here standing around with nothing to do. There is a dining room attendant but the dining room is filthy. Very disorganized. It's not clear who's in charge. Employees are rude to each other in front of the customers ,arguing about the orders. The only thing good about this location is the renovations. It is a new model store. I'm sure that's why the health score is a 98. This was probably done right after they reopen from the renovations. I'm sure if the health inspector came through today it would not be the same score. I do not recommend this location I will not be back. Also witnessed an employee go to the restroom and leave out without washing their hands. Just disgusting!!!! read more

I frequently visit this McDonalds for a quick bite to eat before going home. It has recently gone through a major, well needed renovation. This has been a major upgrade, but it still didn't solve the tight parking and the challenging entrance / exit off of Sanders Ave., this can be quite hairy at times. This McDonalds has a 24 hour drive thru that can be convenient for late night food after hitting East Atlanta. I have found service to be fast the majority of the time, they do have the occasional hiccup. The drive-thru seems to get priority service over the counter all the time. Expect to wait longer at the counter! I don't understand that, but its we way things seem to work at this McDonalds. Glad we have a Mickey D's here in East Atlanta - just wish it had a better parking situation and faster counter. read more

This McDonalds has horrible service on Saturday mornings. They are usually understaffed, crowded and it seems as if the people who work this shift were out partying the night before because they move slow with no sense of purpose. I waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru and still didn't get my food because they didn't see it on the screen when I got to the window to pick up my food, so I cancelled my order at that point because I was so fed up! The prior Saturday I went inside to get my food in an attempt to avoid the drive-thru line and I waited 20 minutes with no movement in the line before giving up and leaving to head to another location. The worst and slowest drive thru ever. Really. Every time everyday. So slow for no reason

I've been here three days in a row. Day 1- only wanted lemonade and tea but no lemonade Day 2- same drink and cookies no cookies Day3- same drink but no tea. I found it to be unacceptable that for three days in a row there was always something they didn't have and weren't pressed to fix, so I decided to speak to a manager. Ms. Bonny was RUDE. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and explaining there was a a water break which I can't understand how you are open with a water break and you need water for the soda machine and to clean materials but no matter. Instead of being courteous. Ms. Bonny: Well. What you want me to do? Sometimes there are things that happen prior to that make other things happen. There was a water break and we don't have water. I mean. What do you want me to do? I then asked for contact info. She pointed to a wall, said the information is on that wall and turned around and began talking about our conversation with her staff. Ms. Bonny to staff: I mean there ain't nothin' I can do about that. Blah blah blah... I just walked away. This isn't new for this location. I've lived in this neighborhood for 14 years and this is pretty standard. The building had a lovely renovation but they neglected to renovate the staff.
