Ordered for pickup 20 minutes before arriving still not ready waited for an additional 10 minutes.

I went with my baseball team and the food was solid but this one worker was throwing a pissy fit after about 4 of the people in my group asked for water and continued to roll her eyes then after words she picked a sticker off a trey and stuck it on my friends back which I think was inappropriate for a worker to be doing. read more

Ordered 2 cheese burgers with extra onions, and the extra onions ended up all over the top bun and the papers not even close to any onions on the burger itself, almost as if they just threw the burger together and forgot the extra onions then just tossed it on and wrapped it up.. very disappointing.. read more

The food was ok, but worse than standard McDonald's. The service was utterly horrible. I genuinely considered storming the kitchen to make my own food as there is no way in hell a few crunch wraps, fries, and burger take that long to make. It took HALF AN HOUR for a order a 12 year old could complete. The staff is very negligent and after waiting for five minutes at the counter, they never came so we ordered on the kiosk. The cleanliness is decent and the lighting is nice. Overall do not come here, it is just horrible. read more

My friends and I were told to pull up and they didn't give us are drink that we ordered and it took us 20 minutes till one of us went inside to complain about not getting are drink and we brought the receipt inside inside from are order and ten minutes later we got are drink but it wasn't are drink they gave us the wrong drink I highly don't recommend this place. read more

Service was ok. Handed me my drink with soda running all down side of the cup. The manager Faye was very friendly and you can tell she really enjoys her job read more

I have been to hundreds of McDonalds across the U.S. and this is by far the worst one I've been to. I live here in Antigo and every single time the order is either wrong, takes 30 minutes to come out, or both. The employees are extremely incompetent, poorly trained, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I've worked in fast food for 4 years as a high schooler and can tell you from experience it is NOT that hard to hire decent people, train them well and not mess up every single order. If I ask for extra espresso, that does NOT mean extra caramel. If I ask for BLTQPC, that does NOT mean a double deluxe QPC. Restaurant is messy and unclean too. Bathrooms are the worst in Antigo, second to Walmart prior to their renovation. read more

Go to KFC if you want a good crispy chicken sandwich. The ones they serve here come with a tough bun that has been microwaved and pickle. No sauce or veggies. It was dry and horrible. Terrible sandwich only because of their prep! read more

I mean it is a McDonalds so I try to lean towards being understanding but the wait was awful. The service was awful and the staff was shouting at one another. They were also rude to customers who brought up their wrong orders to the them. I saw two incorrect orders while waiting for my take out. I ordered a small fry and 10 piece nugget. The nuggets were good and I did get plenty of BBQ sauce with them. The fries were limp, not cooked and stone cold. I would recommend the Culvers next door. read more

McDonald's - Chicken nuggets and small fry. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Antigo, Wisconsin

This is a pretty decent McDonald's. The food is fairly consistent and decent quality for what it is. I've had good food and bad food, but most the time it's okay. However, the service here is pretty subpar. For most of the employees they make it seem like your inconveniencing them; which is just ridiculous! I've worked a lot in food service and it's not hard to be polite. I'm always kind and use my manners here, but I feel kinda jaded after leaving here most of the time. Now this certainly isn't all the employees but sadly a majority that I've seen... read more

Eeh it ok if I mean depending on the day ther food is not hot or don't get what you ordered or something down I mean tbh it depends on how many worker so I give a 3 but could be better read more

Just moved to the area and I wanted to see if McDonald's in Antigo was up to par from the locations I had around my home back in Chicago. The McDonald's back home got you in and out of their drive-thru like the employees had drank their own McD's Coffee and were on sugar high's. The drive-thru here doesn't acknowledge you when you drive up to the speaker unless you make your presence known. The fries are usually cold or taste like they've been sitting around. Then again, I've only been through twice so maybe it's just been my timing. The upside is the employees are friendly and the burgers I've received are what I'm used to at McDonald's. I'll update my review again as time goes on but my first impression wasn't great. read more

This McDonald's sucks ass. My order is wrong everytime I go there. I pay for my food but it's usually not there

it's not hard to get an order right , and the fact that our order gets messed up every single time is crazy , or having hair in it gross . never going back! read more

Absolutely, without a doubt, thy Slowest McDonalds on the face of Earth! I unfortunately frequent this location daily. I get at least a large coffee every day. I need to leave early for work as my average daily wait, for a coffee only is well over 5 minutes. I have waited in the drive through lane up to 20+ minutes!! This location is a joke read more

we stopped here on our way back home after a long day and we ordered 2 cheeseburgers(no onions or mustard), mcdouble, mcchicken, and a 20 piece nugget meal. 1. they didn't know what a "20 piece nugget meal" was. and then we got our food and we received a big mac, and 4 regular cheeseburgers, and 1 fry. so we are highly disappointed. read more

The food there is horrible. McDonald's needs a new menu items or something . also food comes out cold .

McDonald's is ok here in Antigo, but the service does suck at times. It seems the fries can be soggy and burgers just thrown together in a very sloppy manner. read more

So i came into Mcdonalds with my daughter at 10:56 and went to the register to place my order. The lady at register screams out,"is it eleven yet"? ok- so I have to stand there while she does nothing until eleven. Once it turned to 11 a.m i went to counter and she then acted busy and came to me at 11:02 a.m I thought to order something super simple as less room for errors so I ordered 2 big mac meals. Can you believe they actually only put 1 fry on it- had to waste more or my time about 4 minutes total to get correct order. Mind you my daughter and i couldnt sit where we wanted because there were flies and food on table. Mind you a whole other family had to wait for there 11 a.m rule. This place has a reputation for extremely poor customer service, angry workers, and NOT clean. Definitely not the Mcdonalds i remember as a child. If there was another Mcdonalds in our town I would definitely go to it. Wish Mcdonalds would CARE MORE- read more

They wete short staffed. When asked was told it was normal. Not only that but 1 person for inside and drive. Know wonder these people want 15 an hour. Some are doung the job of 3 or 4 people. Not only that but the mangers always seem to no where to be found. read more

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. The poor young kid working was trying his hardest to get orders and take care of customers but the trashy management staff was yelling at him constantly and messing up his orders. Was just driving through town, but if I was ever in Antigo again, I'd never stop here. read more

Horrible service!!! Expect to wait in drive thru for a good 15 minutes or more. You have to sit at the speaker for a while before they even say anything. I ordered a biscuit in drive thru one day and the guy said he couldn't hear me and that I need to speak up and when I did he had the nerve to ask why I'm yelling and then refused to take my order. The staff is very unfriendly, food is always wrong, the fries are either cold or hard and burned. Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. read more

LONG LINES WAITING TIME IS LONG! Boy they mess orders up literally everytime we go thru here
