Don't bother to come to this McDonald's it burnt down after the broken ice cream machine caught fire.

I have been waiting in line for 30 min just for a mcchicken this is ridiculous. And the lady at the window happens to have a problem with rolling her eyes. If you don't like working here maybe get a better job to have a better attitude. read more

The drive thru is usually ok but don't go inside. They ignore you because they are focused on the drive thru. Today I spilt my drink and was handed a single rag with. I where to put the liquid so I asked for a tray. After wiping the liquid of the table onto the tray I asked for a mop and finally the manager got wise to the fact that a customer was cleaning while another employee stood there and talked to a table. The people here are oblivious to common sense it seems. They need a lot of direction. read more

As a 1st time visitor to this McDonald's, I can say, without a doubt, is was the worst, dirtiest, poorest service --- (drive-thru and inside service) --- and most unpleasant restroom facility I have ever been in. The drink dispenser area was so trash-littered and sticky that my cups stuck to it. An open trash container was overflowed onto the floor. If I had seen this area before I ordered, I would have felt it unsafe to order since the preparation area probably looked much the same. The place was almost empty, so the employees could have been working at cleaning up,but they were just standing around. This McDonald's should either be closed or a new manager hired that can change things. It's AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. read more

Because of a restricted diet (and wallet), I order only one of two items from the menu. Although that's all I ever order, the idiots who work at this McDonald's can't get it straight. I have to explain the very simple order over and over to the workers. Half the time, the order is wrong or incomplete! Even the price - for the identical item - differs from day to day! If you go in to the lobby, don't expect to be greeted or have someone ask to take your order. Rather, some tweeker will just stare at you until you initiate placing your order. One time, I asked the clerk, "Are you ready to take my order?" She nodded. Didn't say a word. BEFORE YOU LEAVE -- LOBBY OR DRIVE-THRU -- CHECK YOUR ORDER. It's prolly wrong. When you leave, don't expect to hear, "Thank you." You might get a "Have a nice day" or "take care", but you won't get a "thank you." Why should they? It's the only fast food joint in town. This is undoubtedly the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I love Big Macs so I eat at McD's frequently. I stopped here at 5 pm to grab a burger. Here are some of the problems I encountered: 1. The person taking my order ran the register with one hand and held her soft drink with the other hand, drinking from it while she was taking my order. Part way through my order, she said "Just a minute" and left the register and walked to the kitchen. A different girl came to finish taking my order and I happened to catch her on the worst day of her life. She was rude, curt, and didn't want to be there. 2. The kitchen floor was littered with fries, papers, and ???. One of the guys preparing orders for the drive-thru dropped a straw on the floor, picked it up and gave it to the waiting customer. 3. Every table in the place was dirty. The floor was littered with stuff. 4. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in quite a while, maybe days. 5. The ice machine was out of ice, so they finally wheeled a little ice container near the drink dispenser with a scoop so you could fill your cups. 6. The trash cans were so full, there was no way to put your trash into them. I've had trouble at this place years ago and spoke with the manager. They gave me a coupon good for a free burger, but the store is a disaster. read more

Once again, I was told the ice cream machine was down for a couple of hours. I have heard this story so many times before, so I go inside. There is a lady at the counter with a McFlurry in hand!! So I order one and the employee makes with without a word about the broken ice cream machine. I give her my free voucher, as I had received one for being overcharged the last time, and this seems to irritate her. She mumbles "have a great day" with a scowl, and that's it. Wow!! Guess they fixed that machine without a matter of 2 minutes! I do not want another free voucher, I just won't be going back. read more

To begin with, when I walked into the store, I immediately was shocked by how absolutely disgusting the place was. All of the tables were incredibly dirty, the floor was littered with napkins and old French fries, and all of the trash cans were overflowing. Despite me being the only customer in the store, the employees seemed to be to busy gossiping with each other and discussing their personal lives to be able to maintain basic cleanliness. read more

Yep, worst McDonalds possibly in the whole US. We live in this area and unfortunately there is no other McDonalds to go to. They ring your order up incorrectly and then laugh when you try to correct them, taking several minutes to come back to the mic to revise the order. If by some miracle ring the order up correctly you usually do not get everything you order, sometimes you get extra, sometimes you get half of the order for the car in front of or behind you! Almost always you have to remind them for your straws, napkins, utensils, etc. I never leave without checking all my bags and going over the list of stuff they forgot, believe me there is always something wrong, always! After all that, the food tastes like it's been sitting there all day, at breakfast times the biscuits are hard and crunchy! In all the times I've been there, and after all their mistakes, I've never been offered free food or anything, and the manager didn't care either when I called to complain once.
