POOR service, RUDE crew ( he was the manager but denied it).
#DISCRIMINATION!
We came here from Europe trip , group of 21 in total. Ordered for ALL, mostly MENU. Card limit is 100,-USD only, so we need to order 3x. We are waiting for our orders but the crew handled it UNPROFESSIONALLY. They are calling our number and we had to take it realizing that our order is incomplete. I personally need to check our receipt and the orders if we have what we paid for, and we did not have. Unfortunately, we lack all the BIG MAC orders. I approached the counter to tell it and denied they forgotten big macs, he then go personally check our tables, ofcourse NO BIGMAC on the table, he gave 3 menus but we said 1 more menu missing. He again go back but with fries and drinks only. One of our group came to him and ask where is the burger, his answer " I will not anymore provide FREE food for people who cannot afford". Group become angry because they came from US and Canada to be called "cant afford" even to be at EUROPE trip for 2 weeks!
I do not care anymore for the BIG mac, the food is McDonald quality, but the CREWS not. Having that big order, they should bring it on our table and check if we have everything, but not. They are just keep screaming our number and let us take it with uncomplete order.
This crew is a shame to Mc Donalds, be thankful we calm the group down. This case will be going to the management . He should not represent this company. read more
