The drinks were great as well, We so wish that the U.S. would adopt the serving style where the alcohol is in the glass and they bring the soda in a bottle to be added at the table. In the U.S., it usually comes from a soda gun that might, or might not be clean, and is always flat. My burger was cooked medium, with a bit of pink, just the way I like it. The fries were soft in the middle with a slight crunch to them, with flaky salt. My wife's salad had a bit too much dressing for her tastes but I thought it was good. We have started sharing meals this way, as our appetites are smaller now that we are getting a bit older.

To top off the evening, I tried some of the American cheesecake, which at CHF 8,50 is pretty steep, but oh my god, I have never had better cheesecake in this country! It was a convenient option with the ski gear etc. to dine here and I found reviews to be promising. So I went in and was greeted and seated by a very nice staff. The staff promptly took my order but unfortunately when it arrived, the salad was tasteless and the beef was super dry and hard. I was very disappointed by the food there. I'd remember to avoid it next time I am in the area.
