Regarding the food, we got a half order of the loaded fries which ended up being way bigger than anticipated - a super good deal being only $4! Could definitely be a meal. The pizza was also yummy w/ a really good sauce and plenty of cheese. The burger was simple but tasty, especially when we added a little mustard, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and seasoned w/ what seemed like a cajun spice mix. We got too full to try dessert, but saw bread pudding and churros on their menu, so will have to return and give those a try!

First time wasn't the greatest but I chalked it up to growing pains. It's pretty new and it sits in the huge shopping complex on the corner of Highway 6 and 288. It's pretty small inside and has a new design where kiosk ordering is the new way to order. A human will take your order but good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you. I was having issues with my app and claiming my offer and it took awhile to get some help. It seems like alot of the staff is in the high school or college age range and they were more interested in socializing with each other and friends in the dining area. Once i made my order, it took a very long time to arrive. I customized my burger and the receipt and the stickers on the wrapper showed what I wanted. What I got was not what I ordered. I was not in the mood to deal with anyone in the front and just ate it. Whataburger still reigns supreme in my book as far as chains go, but this location has alot of work to do to live up to the greatness that was once Whataburger. The chicken was flavorful, well-seasoned, and definitely something I'd get again. Now the queso...we need to talk. It wasn't horrible, but it could definitely use a little more love in the flavor department. It was easily the weakest part of the meal. Entry level jobs are supposed to give young people an opportunity to gain experience, not reject them because they do not already have it. My niece is Black, and the way her interview was handled left us seriously concerned that bias may have influenced the decision. I cannot state what was in the manager's mind, but the explanation she received did not make sense and deserves to be reviewed by corporate management. Between the poorly prepared, overpriced food and the questionable hiring practices, this location needs better training, stronger management, and accountability. I will not be returning.

Pair that with the Buffalo burnin hot bone-in wings and you have a feast lol. I had cold leftover pizza the next day and it was good!
