I called a number of places for quotes and ideas and Zach and All Weather Garage Doors was the most attentive to our needs. Zach came out on a Saturday to look at the job and size it up. He gave us multiple brands and model options before going with the top of the line Liftmaster. (Already had the myQ keypad and app set -up) In addition to installing the opener at a very fair price, Zach also replaced the rollers free of charge with his patented nylon covered pins that make the door even quieter as that was a major issue we raised. They did send a couple guys to trouble shoot. They told me it needed a new part , they felt the part was needed to make the solar panel trickle charge to the battery. But they said they'd look into it. I never heard anything. I called back. Donna is the only one that seemed to care and want to help. But the salesmen "Ryan and Nick" are both worthless. Getting help was like pulling teeth out of a bull. I don't know why but Nick, sends me a quote for a $1500 battery. I can buy one of those all day long for $150. So I sat there a bit confused. The part that was needed was not even listed on the quote. And a BATTERY for $1500? Seriously??? Talk about price gouging. I was told they had already ordered it and something about taking a long time to get it - I was told so many conflicting things. Nothing made sense. I emailed Nick back and told him "NO I was not accepting that $1500 proposal and he could call us to talk about it" But do you think we have heard a word? NOPE! So beware of who you get involved with. This company IS NOT HONEST or cares about customers.

While we were happy with the work, they charge outrageous prices. The spring was $200.00 and labor 400.00 for 45 minutes work. It took several calls to get the invoice and then another call to get the actually breakdown of the invoice and no one returned our call after we received it and had questions. According to sources this is really high labor for the job that was completed. We will not recommend this company anymore and definitely will not use their services.
