I've been here for an oil change and they were fast, professional and did a great job on my inspection. I went back because my car was making a funny noise. They found the problem (my brakes that I had let a friend do), fixed it and my car is running great. One of the employees (I apologize I can't remember his name) gave me a ride to my job while they worked on my car. It was ready that afternoon. I will definitely come back again. My co-worker referred me to this shop and told me how easy going and professional "HUY" is... And boy! He wasn't just spot on but, even more... I was impress how organize his shop was and clean... Anyway, bottom line is... I have so far taken 2 of my cars here in about 2 weeks for service and a couple of major maintenance. I'm so happy I found Huy! He's an awesome mechanic! Super friendly guy always has a smile on his face. Today I was going in for an oil change but the first thing he noticed was that I needed tires which I did! I probably would have forgotten to ask him about that which I had planned to. He found an oil gasket leak and advised me to fix that also. It ended up costing me more but he always gives me a good deal and I trust him as he's worked on my Bmw also in the past. Super honest guy and I highly recommend him! You won't be sorry going to him! I feel a lot safer in my car with him as my mechanic! He's also gets the job done in a timely mahner! Huy is the most skillful, knowledgeable and most of all: the honest mechanics I've ever known. I have been taking my cars to him for more than 10 years even back when he was working near Eastridge shopping center. I live in Los Altos and I wouldn't mind driving a long distance to get the best service from him as I wouldn't trust anyone else. We had many bad experiences with other auto shops before we found him. I guarantee you will not get disappointed with his service. He is so honest I remember one time he even charged me less than he had quoted me earlier and that is almost impossible in today's world. Great job, fast service, and great customer service! I went in to get my Grand Cherokee looked at, as I had bought a brand new battery a couple weeks before this, and it seemed to go dead a few days later. When I brought it in, he said it would take a couple hours to run the tests, and that if I wanted to, I could borrow his car until then! I totally didn't expect that, and took him up on his offer and went to get some breakfast. Came back, and he said it was the alternator, and that it would take another couple hours to get the replacement and install, and would only cost a little over $300.00. I had the same thing done a few years ago at the dealership, and they charged me over $1000! I'm glad friends recommended him, I'm definitely coming back! read more
