I highly Do Not recommend this firm. When I was hit in driver side of my Lexus sc400 by a lady when was looking down at her phone while going through a red light, they were not actively looking out for my interest but that if the women who hit me. They went months before contacting a witness who saw exactly what happened. He was the one who saw her looking down at her phone. At a table hearing where we were questioned by McCutcheon, we both were confused when he acted like us was our fault. We settled for very little and he did not even include the bill we owed our Chiropractor. He said he forgot about Chiropractor. I had to write a letter ( which I will furnish to anyone who wants to see it ) and ask for the check immediately and for us not to have to pay him anything. This firm is not competent. I wish we had not gone with this firm. I wish we had rebuked him in the meeting. I truly believe he knew the women who hit us and was protecting her from having to go to court.
