There was very little follow-up regarding the status of the case, and even after the disposition, and after several calls to find out why the client had never been picked up to start their time, they never provided any answers or proactive communication to explain the outcome or discuss the next step. As a family member trying to stay informed and support the client, this experience was frustrating and stressful. Clients deserve consistent communication, timely responses, professionalism, and follow--through. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
