The door was back to the way it was within a month after he "fixed" it. He couldn't even be bothered to knock on the door even thought he knew I was home, and sent me the bill in the mail without saying a word. Don't waste your time or your money and find another place that you can actually trust- and work with people who are decent human beings that care about more than the money going into their pockets.

Apparently what I had ordered was out of stock (they never told me that), and was coming in later that week. Oh and they charge your credit card the moment you order, not when the order finally ships. I waited some more, and still never received a shipping confirmation. I called again. They said it would ship the next day. I waited a few more days. I called again. They said it would ship that day. I waited another 2 days. I called again. They said it might ship out the same day. At this point, I was totally fed up with these people lying to me 3 times regarding when my order would ship. I then called back again, cancelled my order, and ordered the exact same thing from the awesome guys over at flatroofsolutions.com. They had the exact same sheet of rubber in stock, it shipped the same day I ordered, and was $50 cheaper. I thought my whole ordeal was done as the accounting guy said my refund would be processed immediately. I waited 4 or so more days. Still no chargeback on my credit card. I call twice more and finally get someone from accounting that sends me a receipt that says my refund has been processed. I wait another week and a half, and still, no charge back on the credit card. I still have not gotten my refund and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and get the money back via the credit card company. Please don't waste time with this awful company, they're liars and thieves, and worst of all, you'll never get what you ordered. Update on 9/19/2013: They've finally refunded my $297.14 on 9/16. This of course was after filing a complaint w/ the better business bureau, filing a credit card charge dispute, and calling them a number of times. So the total number of times I've called this place has been 8 times. I'd imagine I've wasted close to 2 hours of time on the phone with them. They have consistently lied to me every step of the way and held on to my money for nearly 2 months. Avoid RubberSheetRoll.com at all costs.
