I am giving Roselawn 0 STARS: I ordered a spray of flowers…read morefor the Funeral Service of my grandmother. I was shocked to not see them out for the service. Sadly I had to take pictures during the service Because I knew I needed prove that the flowers I ordered weren't there. The next day I left a review on Google and was contacted shortly after by Jonathan Waddell, giving five minutes of excuses. "It was a busy day, he's new at this, he didn't what to do with them". I was shocked to hear that a cemetery that provides funeral services doesn't know what to do with flowers. He even told me they were still in the office if I wanted them? Unable to accept what I was hearing I had to hang up on Jonathan. Shortly after that interaction Danielle Farwell contacted me through email, promising to do whatever it took to make things right. Money wont bring my grandmother back, but to spend $210.60 on flowers and to never see them or be received to the intended party, I feel Roselawn returning the money would be the easiest thing. After some days a family member reached out showing Roselawn had posted the flowers on a social media site, sadly as I write this review the account has either become private or I have been blocked and I am unable to view it. After a week of playing phone and Email tag with Jonathan Waddell and Danielle Farwell, they still refuse to apologize for what happened. While also refusing to return the money for the flowers Jonathan decided to keep in their office. They insist I get a refund from the flower shop, that paid for their flowers, labor, and delivery, but I believe that is wrong because the Florist did what they have done for years working with the Cemetery and partnered Funeral Home, confirmed by McCoy Funeral Home. They stole a 56" spray of flowers from a grieving family, intended for a loving member of a large family. Because of Jonathan Waddell I was unable to show the love I have with my grandmother, how much I will miss her, and unable to have closure with this heavy loss.

The manager "Al the asshat" at roselawn memorial gardens is a horrible, horrible man! He doesn't…read moreeven have the wherewithal to act somber or sensitive. He is a walking, talking, insensitive P.O.S.! The only thing he worries about is his bottom line! His "counselor's" are awesome, but he is the person they turn you over to if you have any questions or comments, and the way he treats his employees is even worse then how he acts towards anyone that tries to voice any concerns!I understand that the people he see's are passed and wouldn't complain, but a memorial garden is supposed to be exactly that, a garden to visit your friends and family that have passed on... The lawns are atrocious, a lot of the graves look like the groundskeepers are having a mud bogging contest! We didn't even take the pamphlet, just left and found another "memorial garden"!
