I looked around for an experienced roofer and came across McCormack Roofing, and couldn't have been more satisfied. He was honest, professional, and efficient. I will definitely reach out again if I have another job. read more

Alan was fantastic. We had a leak in a section of our roof over our garage. He gave us a good price for the scope of work with options so we could make the best choice for us. (redoing the entire section version fixing just the portion that was leaking.) He came with a lot of expertise and knowledge and gave good recommendations and observations for related pieces that weren't in the scope of the job. He also completed the job quickly (one day) and within a couple of days of hiring him. (all while working around my schedule of availability.) Alan quickly turned this into a no-headache situation. Highly recommended for any roofing needs you may have. read more

Alan and Gauge did a great job with my roof repair. I first asked them to look at my patio that was covered. Based on Alan in depth recommendations I awarded the job. They replaced some of plywood and put a new roof that should last 20. In addition I had them look at the house roof they noticed certain tiles have moved and was getting water on the paper and plywood. We ended replaced two section of the roof. Alan was again on top of explaining the concerns and recommendations. Alan and his crew were hard working guys and when they left it was like they weren't even there . Pricing was very reasonable and use top tier products. read more

We recently used them for a new roof. Alan and his crew were very good. He was very honest and his prices were fair. They were there every day and were very clean and organized. I would definitely use again if I had any roof needs. read more

Had some slipped tiles and needed roof inspection for possible leaks. Alan came out promptly and inspected the entire roof of the two story house. Took photos of what needed to be done and gave a very honest assessment and reasonable price. No oversell. Just enough to meet our immediate needs and concerns. Came back within 2 days ON TIME and took care of everything we discussed and agreed on. Very professional and patient. Took photos again after the work is done and explained everything he did to our satisfaction. We are very happy to find a trustworthy roofer that we can call on when we need future repair or replacement. Strongly recommend for any roofing needs. read more

Alan, Gaige and Jared did a great job replacing the underlayment, replacing the rotted wood, and replacing the concrete tiles on my roof. If you want an honest roofing contractor, Alan is your guy. Definitely give Alan a call when looking for a roofer. read more

East to work with, fair prices and good people. I highly recommend these guys for quality work, good people and reasonable prices.

These guys were great! At first I thought the price they quoted to fix a leak over our kitchen window seemed a bit high, but when I saw that they basically re-roofed an entire eave, it made more sense. Totally worth the amount of work they did. The also told us that we can do the roof work in sections as necessary to space it out over time. Highly recommend! read more

If you want an honest roofer -- and I mean *honest* -- call McCormack Roofing. I had several roofers come out to look at a leak, and every one of them quoted high prices without even going up on the roof. They all assumed I needed plywood replaced and a full new underlayment. Alan was the only one who actually climbed up, inspected everything, and showed me exactly what the real issue was. His associate, Gaige, came out to do the repair and was prompt, professional, and courteous. The work was done right, and the price Alan gave me was fair. Call him first or call him last, but definitely call McCormack Roofing. read more

Alan and his crew repaired a large portion of my roof and did a fantastic job. I had leaks in my roof due to the roof being old and due to poorly installed solar system. Alan showed up, gave me a very competitive bid for the job, and delivered on his promise by fixing my roof and leaving everything looking better than when he started. I still have 50 percent of my roof that will need to be updated in the very near future, and when I am ready, Alan and the Mccormack roofing team will be the first ones I call. read more

I don't leave many reviews, but I can speak highly of Alan and the way he runs and conducts business, on time and proven work. Shop no further if you're just looking for a quality job done correctly!!! read more

Had another guy come out and quote me $6,000 to fix some water intrusion into the house...didn't even get on the roof but used a drone to take pics, and I had trouble buying his explanation of the cause. McCormack Roofing came out and found the issue in minutes and fixed it and refused to accept payment since it was such a minor fix. Super easy to work with and I am very pleased. read more

I contacted McCormack Roofing as when I had my solar panels cleaned they said I had a missing tile (I foolishly did not ask where or if they'd take a pic). I chose McCormack based on Yelp and wanted to add to the solid reviews. I was able to reach Alan right away and he came by the next day, on time. He examined my roof (thank goodness it was fine!) and only found a tile above the garage roof that had slid out of place which he took a pic of and fixed/siliconed back in place for me at no charge! You always worry about getting taken for a ride but based on this I'd say McCormack Roofing is honest and I can highly recommend them. read more

If you're looking for an honest contractor, Alan is your guy. We reached out to a couple of other contractors, in connection with our roof repair, who were recommending various things that we really didn't need. Alan was very professional and basically said we didn't need the extra work, which significantly brought the cost of our project down. I will recommend Alan to friends and family. read more

Alan was great. Very professional and personable. I just had a small job for him -- to re-caulk a leak around a pipe's flashing. Whereas other companies had a very high minimum, McCormack adjusted the cost to the scope of the job. He took photos of all the pipes and recommended re-caulking all of them. He did the job and showed me photos of the final results. He also took photos of my shingles and recommended that we'll need a re-roof in a year or two. I will definitely call him then, and if his price is anywhere near the others, he'll be my first choice. I highly recommend. Five stars! read more

Alan provided great service and even provided pictures for the repairs that he did. Highly recommended!

Service was great, but they don't actually handle gutters. I had a simple issue that they took care of but Yelp is wrong for listing them as a gutter specialist. So would recommend the business just not for gutters. read more

I had Alan out to clean some algae off my roof and I was very pleased with how the whole process went. His communication was prompt, detailed and clear and they worked hard while they were out here in the heat. They showed up on time, cleaned everything off the roof, did some tile repairs and general maintenance while they were up there, and then cleaned out the ground level area before leaving. The estimate given at the start was fair and competitive. The roof looks so much better and just a positive experience all around. Hopefully the roof stays algae free for a while. I will certainly give these guys a call next time! read more

Alan came to the rescue after the downpour of rain we had. We did not realize we had a leak and wanted to get it fixed before the rainy season. I'm not really sure the magic he worked, but within just a few hours he relaid our tile and fixed the layer underneath the tile. He was the most honest quote that we got and the highest quality. He also gave us a free no pressure quote which was really wonderful! If you're looking for a roofer. Look no further!! read more

These are very busy times for roofing companies. It takes a lot of patience to get a quote. I must say that I was very happy with Alan from McCormack Roofing. He responded quickly and gave us a very detailed bid for the job. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic. He showed up when he said he would and worked very hard to complete the project on time. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting great work at a fair price. read more

Alan was wonderful to work with for my leaky roof! He is reliable, punctual, and professional. Unlike some companies that use drones for estimates, Alan personally inspects the roof, thoroughly examining not just the tiles but also the areas underneath and around them. I had a couple of other companies assess the leak and overall condition of my roof, but neither was as thorough or reasonably priced as McCormack Roofing. Alan found an issue that the other companies missed entirely. Some of the great things about working with Alan include his excellent communication skills and his clear before-and-after pictures. The before pictures were particularly helpful in coordinating the removal of solar panels so the leak could be fixed. Additionally, his knowledge and guidance from previous homes he's worked on with solar panels were invaluable. He explained in detail what and how he fixed the various areas that had issues. He even repaired our cracked vents. I highly recommend Alan and McCormack Roofing. read more

Punctuality is very hard on laborers but not Alan. He came on time and ready. He offers competitive pricing and he even helped me out on some shingles that came off the roof. He was very knowledgeable of the job I asked him to do, installing a solar attic fan is not common for most roofers I spoke with. If I can rate this guy 10 stars I would. read more

I had a few cracked tiles from past construction work and a small leak around the chimney. Alan came out quickly, got up on the roof, took pictures and gave his recommendations. Within a few days the job was complete and I was super thankful for how fast he moved on this! Will 100% use them again in the future. read more

The guys were great and offered competitive pricing, plus the follow up was superb. I had to have replacement tiling done after a fumigation tent since the fumigators damaged many tiles. I highly recommend Allen and his team! read more

Had my roof leaking into my garage. Alan came out quickly, took his time looking around and diagnosed the most likely culprit. He was out shortly thereafter and made the repairs. Got through these last few storms with no more leaks. Completely happy with Alan, his crew and his work. Such a relief to not have that leak anymore. Definitely going to get quality work. read more

I was very discouraged. I had three other rooofers come out ... two of them took me hours of begging them to show because they were flakes. I called Alan and he went out of his way to show up the same day, which I really appreciated, and he was very sincere and honest, and was better priced then all three other competitors, and offered to do more work . I hired him to do the job, and he went above and beyond and has exceeded my expectations. I am a very successful real estate agent and I've worked with many professionals within contracting roofing, plumbing, electrical, and I have to tell you Alan's work ethic and business etiquette, surpasses everyone. Will refer to all my colleagues and clients! read more

I contacted McCormack Roofing to diagnose and repair 2 leaks in our roof that appeared after the last big rain storm. Alan was able to come out quickly, despite his busy schedule and provide an estimate for the repairs. Unlike other contractors, he was able to show pictures of broken tiles and the compromised membrane that needed to be repaired so I was very clear on the work that would be done. Alan took up a section of tiles over the leak and replaced the failing membrane and tiles. He also replaced the rotted out plywood underneath. I am happy to report that after the last major storm the leaks have not returned. I am pleased with the quality of work completed and feel that it was done at a fair price, especially when compared with other quotes I had for the work. read more

Very professional, came out inspected my roof and gave me an honest assessment of my problem. Other roofers that had come out wanted to blanket "fix" a large section of my roof even though I had a specific problem. Repaired, resealed and even fixed a few broken tiles they spotted. Would definitely recommend. read more

Cannot recommend Alan enough! Like many people, the recent storms revealed a leak in our roof. Alan was super responsive when others were not. He did such a great job at explaining to us what the problem was and how to fix it, which really made us trust him. He really seems to know his stuff and was very polite and professional. Hope we never need a roofer again, but if we do, we know exactly who to call. read more
