He gave us an outrageous quote based on nothing he inspected and basically told us everyone else was wrong and tried to get us to file a unwinnable lawsuit to justify the outlandish estimate. Maybe it's misconception, but he was no longer responsive when he couldn't be the general contractor for entire the job.
