I was in the exam chair an hour later, I received X-rays, panoramic, an exam, bite adjustment, and antibiotics in case of need because I'm heading out of town. And then. Dr Phan called to let me know the antibiotics were called in, and to review the care plan. This was a 10/10 patient experience, and it had been for years. Very impressed. And Corina is my fav hygienist.

I got a call this afternoon from the front desk stating that they gave my children incorrect information and that both my children needed root canal and had cavities. I asked them why the Dr Did not call me or my husband since we can't go in due to COVID and she said she didn't know. I asked why were my children told one thing and know she is pretty much telling my my children need hundreds of dollars worth of work and she was like I don't know. I asked to have the records and a letter stating what was needed and she said she couldn't send that to me. I told Her I don't understand why a front desk is telling me this information and not a doctor. I told her that she could cancel my children's future appt as we will go somewhere else, she said ok and hung up.
