    From my first visit to my most recent interaction, I regret not giving more weight to the recent…read morereviews posted about this establishment. If possible, I would rate my experience a zero. I am submitting this complaint to document the unprofessional and discourteous behavior I experienced from the front office staff--specifically Receptionist Lauren and Receptionist Tonya. Their conduct has repeatedly prevented me from accessing timely medical care. On Wednesday around 4:40 PM, I attempted to call the office regarding a prescription. My calls were answered and immediately disconnected three times. On the fourth attempt, someone finally picked up. Lauren answered, and when I informed her that the calls were being disconnected, she dismissed my concern and asked what I needed. When I inquired about my prescription, she claimed nothing was in the system, despite the details appearing clearly in MyChart. I requested to speak with the Office Manager, Mrs. Torres, and left her another message, as I felt I was being treated unfairly after previously reporting the front staff's behavior. The following day, I called again and was in que and on hold for over 25 minutes. During this time, I asked my husband to call from a separate line. His call was answered immediately, while mine remained on hold. Shortly afterward, my call was finally picked up. When I explained the situation, Lauren transferred me to Tonya, who began the call by saying, "Hi honey," without confirming my identity or using any patient identifiers. This suggested they already assumed who was calling, despite not following proper protocol. I explained my concerns and the urgency of my prescription, which was needed due to lab results indicating critically abnormal values requiring immediate medication. Tonya stated that filling a prescription could take up to three days because they "have hundreds of patients" and that I was not their only one. When I expressed that I would be escalating the matter to the medical board, she responded, "You do that," and then hung up on me. Unable to get past the front desk by phone, I went to the office in person to speak with the manager or a patient services advocate and to share documented recordings of my interactions. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had been barred from the establishment--without anyone speaking to me or hearing my perspective. The Patient Services Advocate, Jennifer, came out only after I stood there for some time. She initially said nothing and then eventually stated she wanted to hear my side of the story, but by that time I had already been formally barred. This experience has been deeply humiliating and distressing. As a patient seeking necessary medical care, I should not be targeted or dismissed for reporting unprofessional behavior. The patterns reflected in the reviews are consistent with what I experienced firsthand. I strongly urge anyone seeking compassionate, reliable care to consider these concerns seriously.

    THIS IS FOR THE KING GEORGE OFFICE…read more WONDERFUL STAFF! Not only is this location convenient, the staff REALLY do care about you! Last year I had an ultrasound done, the beginning of this year I had an X-ray done and last month I called to have copies of MRI's, done at Lee's Hill in Fredericksburg, forwarded to my new neurologist. Each time I had interaction with the employees at this office, I was treated with RESPECT, KINDNESS, and PROFESSIONALISM. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the ladies who helped me with my ultrasound and my X-ray, BUT I did get the name of the WONDERFUL assistant who helped me with getting my records sent to my neurologist. Her name is McKenzie. I was pleasantly surprised by her more than OUTSTANDING phone etiquette, her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help! She advised me what I needed to do to facilitate my request, and I told her I'd be there to see her on that following Saturday. I wasn't able to make it on that specific Saturday and didn't think much of it and decided to go in the following Saturday. Not too far into the week, I received a voicemail, and would you believe it? It was McKenzie! She was just checking in to make sure I was still in need of getting my records! Come on, people, this kind of thing, someone taking time out of their busy work day just to give a follow-up call is not heard in the medical field nowadays! I have my, soon to be, EX-PCP's office, Coloinal Internal Medicine- medical records department in Stafford that I'm STILL awaiting a call back from and I've emailed a specific person in that office TWICE already!!! So you can only imagine my surprise when I listen to McKenzie's voicemail. Everything's taken care of now, and it's ALL THANKS TO MCKENZIE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH MCKENZIE FOR PROVING TO ME THAT THERE ARE STILL HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO TRULY CARE ABOUT OTHERS THAT WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD!!! I ONLY WISH THAT THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD!!!
