Look it up. 48 hours is the least amount of time you have to wait. Perhaps the paperwork was required by your insurance. I also worked in billing insurances for 10 years. They are the guardians of the medical gate. Not the doctors.They even make up a panel of patients to help them be better. Orion policies are practical and well thought out. Every office is short staffed-even in 2018. They don't keep you on purpose. Maybe they had a patient who required a longer time with the doctor and that pushes them behind. But, if it's you who needs the longer time do you want them to leave because your time is up and your not done? I don't throw around I am an RN or use it to make your point. You are not accurate. Having a rude receptionist has never happened to me but even if it had, I would have just asked if they were having a hard day. They are humans too. They communicate very well. And they go above and beyond. I have seen it and experienced it myself. If anyone has the right to complain, it would be a dying patient. And I am and would never, ever complain about my care at this office. Do you know Corwell is a cooperation? Not even medical. That's the problem-and people who aren't informed.

The Dr.then examined the toe and had to remove the nail completely. Dr. explained procedure to pt.in simple terms before starting the surgery. Afterwards the nurse tech. bandaged his toe and delivered an off school and track pratice note.. We were on our way by 5:00. Only sad thing was a $450.00 charge for the procedure..ouch.

I have had many injections over the years and none of them have hurt, I asked the PA why this one hurt. No answer. I went back in two weeks for a follow up because I developed a scab and it was not going away. The PA said the cyst had ruptured!! When it finally healed, it ended up leaving a scar the size of a dime. Third visit, Dr. Turner came in and her solution was Botox! I was NOT going to trust them with more injections on my face after what had happened. Plus I was NOT going to pay for further treatment. Needless to say I was very upset! He's very friendly, patient, sympathetic, and listens well. He's prompt, so there is no sitting in a waiting room for an hour. When I had to decide on surgery last year, he explained every step of the procedure, the cost, the time I would be under anesthesia, possible complications, recovery, and when I would be back to "normal." I'm too old for normal. Anyway, he warned that he's conservative with Achilles repair. Others might say recovery is six weeks, but he gives it seven to eight weeks. After hearing the horror story (not told by the doctor) of a marathoner who insisted on just five weeks of recovery, I deeply appreciate his caution. I know he spoke with my husband after surgery, and it must have been thorough because my husband knew everything that was happening to me before I did, including excessive thirst. Another amazing thing about this office is that when my husband was laid off at the beginning of the pandemic, they didn't hound me to pay my bill. They didn't send a bill collector or wreck my credit. They were wonderful about it. Elizabeth and Tonya are fun and laugh at my jokes. It's unusual to have everyone in a doctor's office be nice and personable, but this small group of people gets along with each other and with patients very well. I highly recommend Dr. Tim Snyder at Associated Foot Clinic in Lake Orion. He's a great doctor who will help you get back on your feet (bah-dum-tiss!).

We had a bit of a hiccup towards the end of my pregnancy with my insurance and Devon went above and beyond to make sure I was seen. After having a nasty fall it was crucial I was seen and she made it happen. On the night I had my girl, I didn't have Devon but I had Anthony deliver my baby girl. I am so thankful for this team. Anthony made my experience fun and enjoyable even through all the pain I was in. I will forever be thankful for this team especially with how smooth my delivery went. I think this team 1000000% is amazing

YOU DO NOT SUPPORT ANY SORT OF URGENT ISSUE. THIS OFFICE IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE THAT WILL NEVER HAVE AN URGENT MATTER. Like my goodness it's 2025 and you can't be bothered to give your patients the care they' deserve? Doctor's offices could be part of the solution and instead they're part of the problem. The addition of headphones playing my choice of music made the MRI go by quickly. Thankful for this location, half the drive versus having testing done at one of the Beaumont Hospitals. MRI has convenient location at back of building .
