Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for residential pickup for exterior & patio door…read moreinstallations. Bobby is a very down to earth guy. Easy to understand & doesn't use construction words that go over your head. He didn't make me feel insecure in my purchases or frustrated about this project. When Bobby says he's going to do something it will be done with tenacious effort. This young man doesn't know what being lazy means. I'm fact, he's quite the opposite. Went to Lowe's last Spring. Why? Bc they DO know!!! In looking for window replacements on another project & a need for three exterior doors, I found a person indirectly at Lowe's, Josh Cook. Anywho, after I got a name (Josh) at Lowe's. I went from there with Josh in an two estimates. Josh came with accolades from others that enabled me to proceed. By the time I was able to start my updates, Josh wasn't available. Josh texted & highly recommended Bobby Reeder. This act demonstrated valorous leadership capabilities in my world. Neither gentleman knew me from Eve ; ) . Josh didn't have to do this at all. Received a text, as Bobby was introduced by Josh. Both of these young men have proven that they know what they're doing. They do it without any drama in excuses. No return fixes were necessary. I may be mistaken as my CRS is sneaking it's way into my evening, over a month has lapsed...magnificent effort in carpentry skills & diligence by both have certainly exceeded my expectations. When you meet Bobby, please try not to allow yourself to judge his stature. Bobby is stronger than he appears. He carried a patio door by himself and installed it with more professionalism than I've experienced in a custom home builder. I'm impressed with Josh. I'm more impressed with Bobby in how well he installed a front door & patio door...including picking both items up at two different retail merchants (Menards/Lowe's). Josh was right on, Bobby is ever bit as forthright as they come. Bobby Reeder is a fine person who has character in professional efforts to make your improvements become a reality without delay. Bobby...thank you so much for your time/efforts. Looking forward in working with you again soon. We love love love our patio door. The nails on the chalkboard sounds are completely absent. The sound of silence in opening/closing our patio door is the music to me : ) Ty Ty Ty! Stay well & safe all, Amy

I used yelp to contact this person. I was happy with first visit…read more Then two weeks later I tried scheduling a 2nd visit and they abruptly stop texting with me when tried to confirm they cost they quoted me for that was the same. Then a few days later they abruptly contacted me as if they'd not stopped nor there was any delay. They agreed to the previously quoted cost. I figured I'd give them a chance and scheduled a day late in the afternoon per their request. I had to take time off work to be at home that day. I texted them when I got home and they said ok. Just over an hour later they did not want to come out at all and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I told them no, I had to make up time at work and I was busy that weekend. They never contacted me back.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

Good overall experience…read more We live in a 2 story house and had regular issues with huge temperature variations between the downstairs and upstairs that lead us to call a few HVAC companies and get consults. Our initial idea was that we needed a 2nd system to even it out and many companies made this same recommendation.. naturally that comes with a HUGE price tag. Terrell HVAC had a bit of a different idea after taking the time to take a deep dive at the house. Rob recognized that our vents in the ceiling were located incorrectly within the rooms; on interior walls instead of exterior walls. They recommended we move these vents to the outside walls, increase some piping or something and make a couple of the air returns larger. They said this would increase the airflow and circulation or something and in essence move the air around cooling or heating accordingly?? I think this is right.. no idea, I'm not very knowledgeable in HVAC Despite this being a good chunk of work, it was 1/5th the cost of installing a second unit and should help even out the upstairs and downstairs. After a little research we decided to give it a whirl. 6 months or so later and in the middle of winter, I am very happy to say that during summer and winter that temperature variations that were 8 to 10 degrees are now a couple degrees!! I couldn't be happier that we got this sorted out and didn't have to spend $5k+ as many others recommended. PS... I see the 1 star review (after the fact) and have no idea what that lady is talking about. Look at her other reviews... all 1 star too.
