I made an appointment to have a touchscreen radio installed. I made it to my appointment for the next week. The day of my appt I drop off my vehicle. We took our car in to have the speakers replaced. They were friendly on the phone and in person, and they fit us in during a busy day so we could have it done sooner. When changing the speakers didn't fix all our issues, they were happy to investigate the problem and figure out what needed to be done to fix it fully. Colby did an incredible job installing a subwoofer upgrade in my vehicle and I'm 100% happy with the experience and result. I had always installed my own stereo upgrades in my previous vehicles, but was hesitant to attempt the project in my Tesla. I figured it was probably best to consult the professionals for this platform, and Colby was so knowledgeable about the electrical system that I felt completely comfortable letting him and McCain's team perform the work. We talked about the types of music I liked and he gave me some great options that were in my budget, both for a subwoofer upgrade and a future full speaker upgrade. Also want to recognize Josh who helped make a last-minute change to the equipment selection on Colby's day off so that we could really maximize the potential of the build; I greatly appreciate all the extra time and thought they put I to this so that it ended up being exactly what I wanted. Colby built a customer enclosure for an oddly shaped hidden space so that I wouldn't lose cargo space, and hooked everything up so well that it almost looks like it came from the factory. Even when they found that the power system was even more different than a standard car than any of us initially realized, Colby had a solution already in place when he called to notify me of the extra step needed. I've already referred a friend to McCain for his truck and will definitely refer more; these guys are the real deal. I called a couple times this past week. They never answered the phone. I left a message on their voice mail. No one returned my call. I thought to myself "I guess they don't need business". I finally spoke with a man between 4:30p and 5p Wednesday. I made an appointment with him for Friday morning at 9am. I told him what kind of car I had and asked for the price. Friday morning I drive an hour and 15 mins. from Bayfield, CO. I tell the guy I have an appointment. He tells me he knows nothing about it. He calls someone and gets off the telephone and tells me he has to order the part and quoted me a price $100 more than I was told when I made the appointment. I told him I drove all the way from Durango and asked why the guy I spoke to didn't tell me that. The man behind the counter shrugged and told me I'd have to ask him. I told him he just lost my business. He just shrugged and said "okay". Is this place doing that well they can afford to let $100's walk out the door? These guys have their heads up their asses and have zero customer service or care. Take your chances. If you're not satisfied with their work or product they'll just shrug because it's "ok"with them. read more

Fantastic customer service! They're very knowledgeable and very helpful. I came in to have my key fob for my remote start replaced . The gentleman that helped me was off the clock that came up and got me taking care of before leaving. I was very thankful for the friendly faces and the nice service. I had my remote start installed a few years ago at another store, but it's nice to know that I'm still taking care of even when I have an older product from another store. I started out wanting a basic upgrade for my pickups radio. First quote was 550 sounded good but decided to upgrade then ended up buying a high end radio. And had it installed. It came up to $1300 ok cool but i told them make sure it stayed on budget. They agreed. When i had it picked up the USB cable was just hanging it took me getting pissed and saying just pull it out if thats what you think a professional install is. All said and done it got fixed right the radio is bad ass and works as expected. But the owners attitude towards me and my wife makes me wish i used the other guys.(who by the way was $200 cheaper). I hope there is never any problems with it because he was a ass and ill never use him again. I wonder how people like this stay in business. Im not pleased with the way i was treated but happy with the radio so i guess its a 2.5 out of five. If he would have just done what he promised right away without attitude it would be much higher. read more
