I was dealing with her for 9 months trying to help my mother get US citizenship after Henner was recommended to me by my aunt (mom's sister) after having a smooth experience with her own process. Susan's office seems to have extremely fast turnover and every time I received any email from them (which was only in response to when I would reach out first) it was from somebody new and therefore I had to provide the information over and over again. Now Susan is claiming that I ignored her office's numerous attempts to contact me over the months that my paperwork was not submitted and that she has ample proof of this.
