Of-course most replies first message to me were their list of fee's and so forth, thats ok, I get that and totally understand it, gotta pay if we're looking for any legal help. I get it. But, Mr. Hernandez' reply to me was different from the others, he was the ONLY lawyer to reply back telling me to try out these "FREE" forms first where I could basically fill out a Will myself...for free! He sent me three state websites that I should check out first where I maybe will not need to pay any money. Mr. Hernandez did not have to do that, he could have done what the others did and sent me his fees and so forth. Mr. Hernandez doing this for me proves he absolutely cares about helping people first, instead of taking people's money first. He most likely saved me ALOT of money. This simple act show's the charachter and integrity of Mr. Hernandez. I will absolutely keep Mr. Hernandez' number close by if I should need him in the future and I will definitely recommend his services to others. Thank you so much again Mr. Hernandez!

He has helped…read moreme through some incredibly difficult situations and has always treated me with patience, respect, and genuine care. He is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and the type of attorney who truly cares about the people he helps, not just the case in front of him. I have worked with Kurt for almost five years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. Over the years, he has become someone I know I can come to when I need help or simply don't know which direction to go. Even when something isn't necessarily within the scope of what he handles, he has never shied away from helping me or pointing me toward the right person or resource. Kurt has been there for me through some of the most difficult circumstances of my life, including after losing my husband. What has always stood out to me is that he doesn't just respect and understand the law. He cares about the truth, he has defended my character when it mattered, and he has always treated me with dignity, compassion, honesty, and respect. He has always been fair with me, and the level of time, care, and attention he has given me over the years has gone far beyond what I could ever reasonably expect. I have worked with and spoken to many attorneys over the years, and Kurt stands apart. He is incredibly respectable, knowledgeable, and a person of outstanding character. I trust him enough that he is genuinely one of the first people I turn to when I need guidance. I am incredibly grateful that our paths crossed. I cannot recommend Kurt enough, and I sincerely hope God continues to bless him and his family for the kindness he shows to others.

This lawyer is terrible at communicating with his clients. I contacted his office back in July…read more They said he was on vacation and would get back around I think it was August 5. Because he asked me to, in the interim la, I emailed and physically mailed all the pertinent documents to my case. He also told me that the initial consultation with him would be charged at his hourly rate of $450. He acknowledged he received my emails on August 1 of this year. Furthermore, his office acknowledge they received my letter with all the physical documents. That they received around August 3rd or 4th. Then he just ghosted me. I called the office multiple times. They always said he's on another phone call or he's not here. I asked him to have him call me multiple times. Again nothing but silence. I'm a retired lawyer I know what lawyers do when they are completely mismatched in their work. They run and they hide. That is what Kurt did he ran and hid behind his staff. I presume he's cowering behind them even as we speak. I would not even give him one star if they had an option for zero stars he would have gotten that.
