Customer service has sharply deteriorated from great back in 2012 to plain bad in 2026. Sorry to see that this dealership is a no go for me anymore. Too bad, it used to be a great place and their service motivated me to stay with Toyota brand for so many years. Time for a change I guess. Good luck with cost cutting. When you book an oil change appointment you get one price, then advisor is charging a much higher price. The excuse is that "those call centre people, they do not know anything about pricing and we are losing money". Also, scheduled me to a wrong day when dealership was not expecting me - and advisor was unable to help to get this rectified. They do not provide a shuttle home anymore if you come for an oil change due to cost cutting, even though when you call to schedule service they ask if shuttle is needed. If you'd like to explore a new vehicle - good luck, sales stuff seem uninterested and busy with their coffees. This summer I went to MB, BMW an Acura to look at new cars and SUVs - sales people were eager to help and advise, but not here. Spent about an hour wandering around vehicles in the showroom, nobody seem to care. No usual specs and price info on cars, half are locked. I guess, those cars are selling themselves under new leadership :-). In recent years they spilled oil on the engine several times, did not properly close the hood, once told me that transmission fluid is leaking and 1K repair is needed to replace the gasket and the transmission fluid. I then had someone tighten two transmission box bolts and there is no leak anymore. Attempted once to escalate to a service manager regarding the unsafe situation with the hood back in 2024 resulted in an angry voice mail that everything was done properly and "take a hike".

Absolutely one of the most disappointing dealership experiences I've ever had…read more I came to Aurora BMW ready to buy a vehicle and went on a test drive with my salesperson. While we were still on the test drive, another salesperson sold the exact same vehicle. Whether or not that's allowed by dealership policy, the least they could have done was immediately notify my salesperson or me. Instead, nobody said a word until we returned, wasting my time and showing complete disrespect for a serious customer. When I asked to speak with management, I expected accountability and a sincere apology. Instead, Vincent Su (Used Vehicle Sales Manager) handled the situation in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, making an already frustrating experience even worse. As part of the dealership's leadership, Cecilia Fernandes (New Car Sales Manager) also shares responsibility for ensuring proper customer service and communication standards, yet those standards were clearly absent. This wasn't just about losing a car. It exposed poor management, poor communication, and a complete lack of respect for customers. My trust in this dealership was completely destroyed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Aurora BMW to anyone. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and respect for its customers, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

This is the worst BMW Dealership I have ever experienced. Not only is the attitude of the sales…read morebad, the service quality is also terribly disappointing. I bought a Demo BMW X5 here, and after a couple of months, the shifter trim broke. And followed by it, the parking break lever also detached from the Center console. We went back for a warranty claim, and the staff who worked there claimed we cleaned the car too often, resulting in the damage. After a year the car was purchased, the crack engine light turned on, turns out the automatic vents at the front of the car was broken. We went back to claim the warranty, however when the warrant was approved, we had to wait basically 2 months to get the car fixed. 2 months is an incredibly long wait period to get a car repaired for such a small issue. However, because of the lack of loner cars they have at this dealership, or some management issue in the service department, I had to wait very very long. When I revives the loaner car, it was incredibly dirty, and poorly maintained. However my sales person called me in an incredibly disrespectful attitude saying he received complaints that the loaner car was dirty, which I find genuinely hilarious, as the loaner car was dirty the way I received it. Around the same time period, the exterior front grille started to peel paint, and the interior window switch trim started to bubble and peel off. We went back for a warranty claim, and the sales came to us and said to us this problem is not covered by warranty at all, no matter which BMW dealership you go to, you will not be able to claim it. (As sales, it is not your decision to tell me if or if not a warrant can be claimed...) However, I went to BMW Markham to claim the warranty, and in 2 business days, the exterior grilled and window switch trim was approved, and could be replaced. This was genuinely the worst experience I had purchasing a car, especially from a BMW dealership.

While I didn't purchase my vehicle at this Chrysler dealership they obviously honored my extended warranty and were quick to take my vehicle in for inspection. The part needed was out of stock across the board and they had no way of getting me the part. I was told that as soon as a part was available anywhere in Ontario it would be mine. I typically avoid dealerships for any type of service based on the sheer cost and gouging you incur. However for things covered under warranty i have no qualms about paying them a visit. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and thorough for the most part with their explanations of processes and what will need to be done. My car was dealt with about a week later and in that time in between I received an extra status check call to let me know how the part order was coming along - a great service! In addition, their shuttle service while your vehicle is being serviced was extremely convenient.

We took the car back home because we couldn't afford that. Out of curiosity my husband opened the hood of the car to look at the fuses. One was loose so he popped it back in and now the horn works. I was told by Dan in the service department that the technician checked the fuses. Apparently not. They would have charged us $1,700 to fix that! Don't trust these guys people!!
