Would not recommend for rentals~…read more Very disingenuous and flat out lied to us upon entering a 1 year rental agreement in Jensen Beach. We did our due diligence before signing our lease and Jim Coble who represents the WHRI and lied to us and misrepresented the condo. The place had dog urine carpets, filthy a/c , fridge, washer ( not working) dryer, filthy patio and screen doors not working properly. It has be 1 month and the washer still is inoperatable. Not to mention the unsafe condition of the patio. The oven does not function properly and the fridge leaks. The owners have been contacted but resist paying for stuff to be repaired, we have had to pay for them ourselves. Our experience with Todd and Welcome Home Realty has been a negative one and would not recommend them to anyone. Be sure to inquire as to who will be managing the property, as we were led to believe it was property management not the out of town owners.

We had to rent our home in Fort Lauderdale and move within 2 weeks (while I was pregnant & on bedrest) due to a job change. We reached out to Julie Doss at Welcome home realty in August 2011 for a rental in Port Salerno. We had 2 large dogs which meant there were 2 places available to us for rent in the Martin County area. Julie was likeable, professional and showed us the 2 places quickly. Our choice was within an Association which meant at least a month long review for"tenant approval" in which she expedited as we had 10 days to make our move. She also negotiated an earlier date to get in with our Landlord. Our lease was clear on who pays for what - so when something broke in the home, we knew to contact the Landlord, as it was indicated in the Lease, and it was handled. We have renewed our lease for the 3rd time - love seeing Julie (as she has become more of a friend & is simply delightful) every year and so thankful for our rental & landlord!

Over…read morethe years, we've bought and sold numerous properties and worked with all sorts of Real Estate Agents, but John was one of our best. He's the prefect mix of intelligence, knowledge and expertise, and he comes with a pleasing sense of humor and personality. With our track record of buying and selling properties, we move fast, and John kept right up there with us, willing to show us a variety of properties. He was quite savvy on listening to our wants but making sure to guide us with his expertise until we found the perfect home. He was smart, confident and very hard working, and he had a great way of getting answers and interpreting them, when dealing with vague listing agents. It's a tough and complicated market right now but John had all the right negotiation skills to successfully get us to contract. He exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't recommend him more highly. So, if you're looking for the right Agent for these times, John Martucci is your man.

Over the years, we got to know him (and he us) quite well as we purchased two additional houses we used as rentals for a few years, and then worked with John again to help us sell them when we no longer wanted to be "landlords". We used him again just recently when we sold our home and moved out of state. Both he and Re/Max were awesome and we recommended him to several friends when they were looking for a house as well. John was always very professional, honest and easy to work with. From finding potential properties to helping us negotiate an ideal contract, he was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. He also profoundly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal. John went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. He showed us properties and gave us valuable insights into the local market. He was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available on short notice when necessary. John's expertise in negotiation was invaluable during the purchase of our home. His knowledge of local market trends allowed him to get us a great deal while ensuring that both parties felt like they had a fair outcome from the transaction. John would periodically check in on us to see how we were doing and if we had any new housing needs. Re/Max delivered to us a pumpkin and pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving and even remembered us at Christmas and other holidays throughout the year. If we could have used him as our realtor in the state we now live in to help us find out current home, we would have. If you're looking for someone who is honest, reliable, kind, has a good sense of humor and willing to work to find you the perfect home, John is the one to work with.

So.... My journey started when my wife and I wanted to purchase a home the Port Saint Lucie area…read more We have purchased and sold a few homes over the years and we really knew what we were looking for in our new home. So, I looked on Coldwell Banker website and started reading reviews on different real estate agents that were available through the office in Port Saint Lucie. I was looking for someone who wanted to help my family find our home. We were on a time constraint due to the sale of our current home. I wanted an agent that was prompt with communication, mindful to want my family wanted and needed, and diligent in their work. Someone that actually takes pride in helping me find MY home and not just one that works. That led me to Marci Whitley. I contacted her via email link on the website and I received a call from her the next morning. We spoke for a few and I explained my dilemma with our time constraint. She set up a time for us to meet on that Saturday morning (due to my work schedule) at her office. We finally met and after speaking to her I knew I found the right agent for us!!!! She was so easy to talk to and was very a genuine person. During previous dealings with real estate agents throughout the country I felt like I was dealing with somebody that wasn't really invested into my family's wants and needs. She already had a route and a plan for our day of house shopping! And what would you know! We put a offer on our perfect home that day!!! Now the fun part began. The usual with the back and forth and the stress and hairpulling......or so I expected due to previous experiences. But I was wrong, Marci stayed on top of everything. And lo and behold, 30 days later we closed, met our time schedule, and moved in. So many things about this home (from the address to the color schemes) seemed they were made for us and we have Marci Whitley to thank for helping us on our journey to it! Thank you, Marci,!!!!!

Six percent is a huge commission especially if you're selling a high end property. House worth a million dollars? Well, you can kiss $60,000 goodbye. That's $30,000 for you're broker and $30,000 for the buyers broker. That's a lot of money. I've sold many homes over the years using the traditional real estate model simply because I didn't know there was an alternative. It's no gimmick. Help-U-Sell uses a flat fee model that will save you thousands. My home was no where near the million dollar mark, but I saved over $7,000 easily and that reflected in how quickly I sold it. Professional photos that were stunning and Roberta walked me through every step. Individualized service, MLS listing and advertising just like any "traditional" real estate service except I walked away with more money in my pocket.... or go ahead and write that check for six percent. I'll never do it again. Thanks, Roberta! I'm going to miss our forever home, but you can bet Help-U-Sell will find my next one.
