But that's just the pretty face. The technician who does the work is extremely knowledgeable and does high quality work. I would 100% recommend Kenn's Computers to anyone.

Ever since I got an IPhone, I've had trouble using my my sympatico e-mail account on it. I've…read moreliterally spent hours on the phone with Bell tech support, plus have gone to Apple, Bell corporate stores, and even third party providers and no one seemed to understand how to address it. All of them offered a "strong recommendation" that I JUST change my email to some other email provider or get a phone other than IPhone and left it at that. That's much easier said than done when I've had the same e-mail for 20+ years and have many email files containing important emails that I need to be able to access. No seemed to be able to help until I called CTE. The tech listened carefully to my concerns, explained the problem, and offered several options in a clear non-tech way that I could understand. He then helped me set up a new email, walked me through transferring all of my existing folders and email to the new email account, and set everything up specific to my needs so that I could make the transition as simply and painlessly as possible. He spent less than an hour solving a 5+ year problem that no one else seemed able to solve. I definitely recommend going to this company as they genuinely understand "how it all works" and will help find the solution for YOU. You won't be disappointed!

Best Buy (formerly Future Shop)…read more While I was in town, I did some shopping at this Future Shop in Saint John. This electronics superstore has most of the toys, gadgets, music, movies, and video games that I enjoy, similar stock to Best Buy (closest Canadian location in Dartmouth, NS). Future Shop reminds me of the former Circuit City stores in the USA with the same bright red and white colors. This location is pretty organized compared to other locations I've been to in BC which seem like a mess. I browsed around the laptop computers, GPS units, big screen HDTVs, cameras, DVDs, and finally onto the good selection of music CDs, many titles not available in the USA. The CD prices here tend to be lower than the smaller mall stores. I did buy a few CDs by Canadian artists for the road, some priced at $9.99. I only wished there were Future Shop stores in the USA since Best Buy and Fry's Electronics are only game left there for electronics after Circuit City's departure.
