My perfect meal at Uncle Fletch starts with a chocolate milkshake that comes decorated with a strawberry and whipped creme. Its not too sugary and I like to let it linger if I can control myself until my burger arrives. I enjoy the old fashioned cheeseburger if I remember correctly. There is not too much going on in the burger with extra add ons and in my opinion its not needed because of the flavor that you get with every bite! They have a slaw and a sauce on the side depending on what burger is ordered, its either a mustard base or a version of 1000 island. BOTH sauces are delicious and pair perfectly with your burger. Onion rings are on point here as well as the fries! I have loved every bite ever taken here! The beef is savory and perfectly salty. They cook medium rare to perfection. The toppings, buns, and fries are wonderful. Although the fries needed a touch of salt, they're perfectly fried.
