The staff at kindercare have been extremely loving towards my daughter and have provided the foundation for not only her social skills but for her learning. At such a young age the kids are exposed to various learning activities that teaches them all sorts of things from fossils to meditation. As an elementary school teacher for 7 years I can't stress how important it is that children start elementary school with a good foundation. Kindercare offers just that. At the age of 2 my daughter knows her shapes, her colors, how to count to 30, her alphabet, letter sounds, the days of the week, the months of the year and so much more. I know that when she starts pre-k or kindergarten, she will be more than ready. Everyday when I pick her up she tells me all that she did that day and she tells me about all of her classmates and teachers. Being able to interact with different kids and teachers has been invaluable to her social development and the development of her communication skills. Most importantly my daughter enjoys being there. My family and I love the app because we get to see my daughter during the day. The pictures and videos are a testament to all that they do there. I am beyond appreciative of all the staff members that have interacted with my daughter and have even facilitated/ helped with her potty training journey! They even offer Phonics to the kids, which helps them build the foundation for reading and writing. I have nothing but love and appreciation for Kindercare and know that my daughter will have very fond memories of her early years and a strong foundation for the years to come.

Since my oldest was an infant (he is now 8). Never have I ever had a bad experience with them. Both my boys love the their teachers, love the OWNER Bessy and Phillip (they are not the directors) , love Mr Boni and Ms Maggie and absolutely love Ms Jessica. Is she stern? Yes but very loving and I have never seen her mistreat the children. As someone that has worked in customer service , you have to be stern or else parents like the ones that have left a bad review will come and walk all over you. Since they can't be manipulative to Ms Jessica the only thing they can do is come on here and slander her name and the business. If it was up to me I would take these parents and their minions they get to come here and leave a bad review to court as what they are saying is slanderous. Yes as someone that's entrusted my beautiful babies to this daycare and they have watched my kids grow up, i am very upset and if I could leave each of these comments a bad review siento their lack of character I would ! When you walk in, you will always be greeted by one of the owners, Miss Jessica, Miss Stephanie, or Miss Latoya. Their smiling faces is infectious. Mrs. Sonia and Mrs. Tenisha are simply the best in the 3 year old room. Their patience and love for children is amazing. My daughter came home one day knowing her sight words, colors in Spanish, and the lifecycle of a butterfly. Talk about being amazed. Everyday my daughter walked into her classroom, we were always greeted with a smile and a good morning. To watch my daughter blossom into an outgoing, vivacious four year old filled with some much knowledge is worth every penny. There are times that she is mistaken for being five because of her vocabulary and all the things she knows. I wish I could take all of the credit but all of the credit goes to her teachers. They work so hard with the three year old's to make sure they are ready for the four year old room. I am truly thankful for Kiddie Academy and all that they have taught my daughter. From the field trips across the street, to her knowing her sight words, to calming her down when she was having a three year old fit, I can't thank them enough. I am always amazed at how they always greeted each child individually by name when they came into the facility and when they left. That touch of detail made me feel like my child was cared about. I wish we didn't not have to move to Missouri City or better yet wish I could pick up Kiddie Academy on Logenbaugh and move it to Missouri City. There is one thing that I do know that wherever school my daughter ends up attending that Kiddie Academy has definitely laid the foundation. This is by far the best daycare in Cypress!

From day one, I felt confident in the caring , stuctured, and academically rich environment the school provided. Fast forward to now-my child has entered Kindergarten with confidence and skills well beyond expectations. Thanks to The I School, my little one is already able to read short sentences, sound out CVC words, recognize sight words, and even demonstrate reading comprehension! But what's blown me away the most is the mental math-he can recognize numbers up to 100 and add and subtract without using the fingers. It's incredible. The teachers at The I School are not only kind and nurturing , but also truly invested in each child's development. I have also seen a remarkable difference in his demeanor. In the previous school, he was always sad when I picked him up, never spoke, and seemed only to know the items we taught him at home. In Best Montessori, Mrs. Sadia, keeps me abreast each time that I pick him up. My son engages with her so well, and is always smiling. Daily he speaks about his teacher Ms. Naima, and the work they do. And when she was absent I was amazed that he mentioned it. He is lively, interactive and talkative as he always is as home with us. My child clearly loves his teachers and smiles each day he sees them. I am confident each day that my little one is in great hands. The school director is also wonderful as well. Prior to attending Kindercare Spring Branch we had our baby at another daycare that had decent reviews, but it wasn't AT ALL what we thought (i'll keep this positive and leave them out of this). Anyways, we were in the market to find a new daycare and came across this location. (I have always loved Kindercare and even attended as a child and have had many family members who worked for the company. All in all, a great place for kind) Since my son has been attending this location we have immediately seen the difference in his social skills, cognition ability and overall attitude, as well as the level of care he is receiving. The director, Ms. Crystal is GREAT. Not only is she super responsive, but she also made our family feel comfortable immediately. I am able to get an almost immediate responses whenever I message with a question and she even follows up via phone call. Our family also loves Ms. Ashley, the assistant director. She is super friendly and has great rapport with both kiddos and parents.I literally feel so comfortable knowing my son is under their management. One thing that I really like about this location is how clean it is, especially during Covid. At our last daycare, my son was constantly sick and would often have dry snot on his face at pick up. This has NEVER HAPPENED at KinderCare Spring Branch. In fact, every time we pick him up hes clean, and smells as good (if not better) than when he arrived. Being a new mom I was worried about leaving my baby in a new spot, especially since you are not able to enter due to Covid restrictions. This anxiety has been put at ease thanks to the periodically snap shots of my sons day. I can see the enriched activities he is participating in and honestly, I can see a major improvement in his cognition due to some of these activities. My son has been attending Spring Branch Kindercare since he's been about 6 months old and he's…read morecurrently 2.5 years old. Prior to daycare we had a nanny but she wasn't what we thought she was, but that's a different story. Anyways we were in a pinch and needed to find a daycare. In a span of one week I toured 4 different daycares. We chose Kindercare because 1. Ms. Crystal is super responsive and during the tour she answered the list of questions we had clearly, 2. Ms. Lorena had been the main teacher in the infant room for a long time (and she's still there and she really was wonderful with our son while he was in the infant room). 3. I really liked how the babies were getting tummy time and they don't use bouncers/rockers or those sit to stand circular play things. The current assistant director, Ms. Ashley is wonderful and I think she's helped improve this Kindercare location. My son was lucky enough to have her as his teacher in the toddler room before she became to assistant director. In the room my son is now in, there has been one teacher (Ms Shay) that's been in that room since he's started and the second teacher/ helper in that room has changed about 2 or 3 times. I think Ms. Shay has been super helpful with my son's potty training. They really try to adhere to what the parent wants, which made it easier to be more consistent with how the potty training is going at home. One of the or major reasons why we like Kindercare is that they will give your child the food you pack him ( if you choose to do that). In the beginning I would pack all of my son's solid foods because I wanted to make sure he was used to the food I cooked and that I could make sure he got plenty of nutrients as we did not want him to start eating meat too early or get too used to the food offered at the daycare. I won't say it's perfect, nothing ever is, but I honestly don't think we could have made a better choice in the grand scheme of things*. And with the covid pandemic, they've stayed open and have taken the proper precautions to keep the teachers and children safe. It's not as easy to talk to the teachers anymore since I don't want to hold them up at pick up, but I have emailed and they are able to get back to me the within 24hrs about my questions about how my son was doing. If there's one negative I think it is the child to teacher ratio. They go with the state limit, so needless to say I think they could use more teachers. *Side story - there was one point where we were seriously upset and wanted to change daycares because of my son getting bit and we weren't sure if the biting would stop. But after talking with Ms. Crystal about the situation, she laid out the plan to deal with it and the biting stopped. Granted we had to get to step 3 of the plan (remove the bitter from the class). But it showed me that they were really willing to fix the issue and not ignore or brush it under the rug.
