When his agent arrived, the dude told me that it was actually going to be $200 per room because they had to do a special treatment due to the pet urine. They already knew that, and absolutely should have quoted me the higher price on the phone. That's just pure bait-and-switch tactics there, trying to get me to pay the higher price while they're on-site instead of doing the decent thing and quoting me the higher price up front. Additionally, the agent told me they're "not legally allowed to NOT use the special treatment on the whole carpet" so they refused to just treat the downstairs and wash the rest of the house normally.
