Very poor experience - I do not recommend. I've used this cleaning company monthly for almost three…read moreyears, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to confirm my usual crew. I let the crew know I'd be leaving during the cleaning and asked them to leave through the back door (which is deadbolt only and impossible to lock from outside). Note: I've done many times before without issue. Instead, they locked both the back door and the front door, including the knob on my keyless entry front door, which should never be locked. I came home to find myself completely locked out during triple-digit heat. I waited 45 minutes for a locksmith and paid $120 out of pocket, and my front door was scratched during entry. While I was home, an expensive bottle of facial product was also broken during the visit. After a few email exchanges with the company where they did not seem to care about the customer experience, I asked for the issue to be escalated to management. I received a reply though it's unclear whether it actually came from someone in a management role. The company denied any responsibility for the locksmith cost and the broken facial product. Overall, there was no real customer service effort to make things right. I wanted to leave an honest review because three years of loyalty should count for something when something goes wrong. Be cautious when considering this company. if you're not going to be home, confirm exactly who is coming, and don't assume your usual crew will show up. Take pictures of anything out of the ordinary or broken since the company will not take the customers word.

This BP gas station is known as the "Piedmont BP," though I'm sure there's probably other BPs on…read morePiedmont in Atlanta. This is the one at 1856 Piedmont Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30324, next to The Pagoda Chinese Restaurant and across the street from Sprouts Farmers Market. I originally planned to fill up at the BP at the corner of Cheshire Bridge and Lindbergh (2320 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE), not too far away, but some of their pumps were out of premium *and* the price for premium was over $4 a gallon (this was before the war in Ukraine caused prices to spike). I know you don't go to BP for cheap gas, but even I have my limits. I continued on home, saw this BP, and pulled in. Sub-$4 premium gas and $0.12 per gallon cash back via GetUpside was good enough for me. Unlike most gas stations I've used GetUpside at, in order to get cash back at this BP, I had to submit a photo of my receipt to GetUpside. It was an extra step. It can also cause a delay (2-4 business days) in the processing time for the cash back. If you haven't used GetUpside (app) before, I recommend it. Use my invite code DANIEL66482 to get an extra $0.15 per gallon cashback the first time you use the app. The app has worked well for me over the past 1.5+ years. It's free cash back with no gimmicks, so a no-brainer, like the restaurant app Seated (which I also use). This is your run-of-the-mill BP. It's small, with only 8 pumps, 4 on either side of the convenience store. No automatic car wash. I used pump 7 and the buttons and receipt area were dirty and worn. The pump worked fine, though, and disengaged at the right time. Receipt printed clearly. This BP is open 24/7. I visited on a Tuesday shortly after 8pm and I saw an employee ride up on his bike to start his shift. He was in good spirits. "Piedmont BP" is what printed on top of my pump receipt here.

They explained that certain sink components are difficult to find individually because they typically only come with the sink itself or as part of the original installation kit. Unfortunately, the only way their available options would have worked was if I purchased an entirely new sink. Even though I didn't leave with the part, I appreciated that they pointed me toward another store that might have it and didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily. Solid customer service and knowledgeable staff, even when the answer wasn't what I hoped for.

LuCKY for me! :-) If you own a home long enough, seems like just about everything eventually needs to be replaced. Had a tough time finding a little part I needed. Retail hardware stores and even online, the part I needed wasn't readily available. Everyone had an assembly that required much more work on my part that the job didn't call for. Finally found it at Ferguson's! They were fast and fairly priced. Their retail price is higher than online, as it's based on volume. Very happy they ordered the exact part for me, instead of an entire assembly like hardware stores. Fixed it in about 5 minutes and the ankle biter is no more! + Ambiance is clean, well-organized plumbers' dream garage. This is NOT a retail shop. All but me were plumbers in line picking up their orders. +++ Everything plumbing is sold here from gleaming faucets to tiny gaskets. Much better selection for plumbing needs than any hardware store and if they don't have it, they can order it for you. David - who responds himself as the owner - lets you know what to expect & doesn't upsell just to pad the bill. He got right in there & saw that the fireplace had rarely been used in this 40-yr old home we bought, educated us on the type of fireplace & damper, as well as working to make a repair to the damper - no sweeping necessary. He then made sure the gas was flowing & burner working well. He cleaned up the little bit of debris & was on his way. I'll call him again if needed.
