If they're out of stock, which happens especially because COVID has everything on backorder, they're incredibly helpful and work to find something that I will like instead. They have a fantastic stock of vape juice, although they are slightly pricey, but that's to be expected for a small-ish shop. I used to live a three minute walk away so it was my go-to place.
