Happy that I experienced her pathetic communication skills prior to handing over her fee. If you are that busy Maria hire some help don't just leave potential clients hanging in the air. I recently contacted (Jan 2023) Forch again to get advice on how to best deal with a non reportable…read moreaccident for my son in-law. Forch explained in detail how to communicate with the other party involved in order to minimize the potential cost for repair and increase of insurance premium. Forch provided me with competent advice at no charge, and everything worked out just like he said it would. Forch continues to impress and comes through when it matters most. He gave me a generous amount of his time on three different phone calls to ensure that the steps were carried out perfectly. My initial experience with Forch was a few years ago. I received a Careless Driving charge and I needed to fight it due to the seriousness of the Insurance ramifications. I contacted other Paralegal Firms and was not impressed with most. I must admit though that I ask plenty of questions and most Paralegals are unwilling to take the time to answer with their common response being something like, "I know you are concerned but just hire us and don't worry about it". I continued searching and came across some positive online reviews on a Motorcycle Forum about Forch La Rosa and decided to give him a call. I spoke with Forch and then John, who answered all my questions and gave me credible advice. I then scheduled an appointment to meet with John to review the disclosure document I had received from the prosecutor. I met John in person and he took the time to review the disclosure and offered me professional and realistic advice. Up to this point these two gentleman gave me an incredible amount of their time and I immediately knew that they are the kind of professionals that I wanted and I confidently retained them to represent me knowing that I was in their capable hands. My case was settled without a Careless Charge to my complete satisfaction and I am very grateful for their genuine caring character. I highly recommend this firm!

From day one PREETMOHINDER guided me on what course of action would be best, and was always available, unlike other lawyers to answer my doubts and remove any fears i had during that stressful period. I felt I had a friend and confidant which was very important to me, as the finer points of laws can escape someone not knowledgeable in the field. I was very impressed with his representation and negotiating skills in the civil litigation matter with the Insurance company. PreetMOHINDER did wonders when it came to the money they claimed i owed them and brought the amount down to under $ 200. I was genuinely shocked and ecstatic. I recommend PREETMOHINDER SINGH WADHWA to all my friends, as I know from personal experience, how well he managed by case and my personal worries. It is very rare to have a lawyer so dedicated to his clients. Sean Rana

After a different lawyer was unable to provide me with a game plan, I decided to retain Daniel Lublin to help me navigate through the problem. This was an excellent decision. Daniel was able to devise, implement and then execute a strong legal strategy. The strategy was well thought out and demonstrated experience and expertise (something that was lacking with the other lawyer I spoke with first). Daniel also saw the plan through and was both accessible and vested in the outcome. This was apparent when my former employer tried to throw a few curveballs at us. Daniel was able to adjust the plan where needed and still swing for the fences. In the end, I was unconditionally satisfied with the result and Daniel's assistance. His legal fees were also reasonable and consistent with what we agreed to from the outset. If you need a lawyer to help you when you're in a workplace legal bind, I wholeheartedly recommend contacting Daniel Lublin.

Please be aware of Mr. Marshall's deceptive, cunning and unreliable services for $1045 fee. In my…read morecase, he has shown no integrity or honesty in his work! If these are the men that fight for justice, it's an immense disappointment! I expressed my concern to Mr. Marshall at my eviction. I asked him to represent me, and the only thing he did was defer my hearing date by arriving late to the hearing after charging the above amount. It was adjourned and then he charged me $500 more for a second representation. For that one, he ignored most of my emails and didn't even listen to the evidence I wanted to submit. He told me to show up to the hearing and just wait for the result without submitting anything to defend myself. When I complained and told him I had only two days to submit evidence and he had not helped me build a case or hear my defense, he terminated the contract. He merely kept me in the apt a few more months, but was not intending to actually help me, he didn't! However, as soon as I said I'd file a complaint to the society, he immediately terminated the contract. He is an unethical person and represented me in bad faith and completely lacks professionalism. Beware of his cunning tactics! Once again, he'll charge you $1045.25 but not show up for the entire hearing, only to arrive late and have the hearing adjourned (he barely even spoke). Then he'll ask you for $500 more for a second adjourned hearing but will do nothing for you ( he doesn't even look at your documents/evidence) and basically your waiting to be evicted without a fair and just trial/hearing. Please be advised and careful of him. He is a typical shark out for your money, looking for ignorant people to take advantage of them.
