I received a Careless Driving charge and I needed to fight it due to the seriousness of the Insurance ramifications. I contacted other Paralegal Firms and was not impressed with most as I would label them as "mass assembly line traffic ticket fighter Factories". I must admit though that I ask plenty of questions and most Paralegals are unwilling to take the time to answer with their common response being something like, "I know you are concerned but just hire us and don't worry about it". Well I'm sorry but that kind of statement is just not impressive or comforting enough for me, so I continued searching and came across some positive online reviews on a Motorcycle Forum about Redline Legal Services and gave Forch LaRosa a call. I spoke with Forch who answered all my questions and gave me credible advice and he setup a meeting with his colleague John to review the "Disclosure Documents" I had as John is a former Police Officer with many years experience dealing with accidents. I met John in person and he took the time to review the Disclosure and offered me Professional and Realistic advice and a Strategy on how to proceed going forward and the likely outcomes of the case given my specific set of circumstances. Up to this point these two gentleman gave me an incredible amount of their time and Expert advice and I immediately knew that Forch and John were the kind of Professionals that I wanted and I confidently retained them to represent me knowing that I was in their capable hands. My case was settled without a Careless Charge to my complete satisfaction and I am very grateful to Forch and John for their Genuine Caring Character, Integrity and Expert Professional Advice and Experience. Thank you Charged Legal Services for a job well done! I will definitely be referring your services to my friends, family and network of business associates and acquaintances. read more

I received a Careless Driving charge last summer after being involved in my first ever accident. I was 100% at fault. It seemed pretty hopeless to me, but I still I took the time to google who was the best to defend this charge, checked reviews and based on those, called Forch at Charged Legal Services. There were cheaper options, but I opted to spend the money on the best representation possible as opposed spending much more ultimately in a huge fine and soaring insurance premiums. From the first call, Forch made me feel confident that I was in good hands. He always took the time to explain everything and to answer all of my questions. There were at least three court appearances made on my behalf. On at least one of those occasions, the witness against me attended and sat in court all day. I never had to attend once. Forch and his team took care of everything. The final result was that the charge against me was completely dropped - no conviction, no fine to pay, nothing! Truly amazing. I'm very grateful and recommend this company 100%. Their reputation for excellence is well earned. Thank you again Forch and team. read more

I received a speeding ticket (York Region - Richmond Hill court) that wasn't too bad but because I had two at fault accidents on my record, there was a possibility that my insurance would not be renewed. I had previous experience working with Forch and John at Charged Legal Services with very positive results (ticket withdrawn - careless driving), so I gave them a call. Once again, Forch and John took the time to explain my options, and their strategy. Pricing is reasonable considering their expertise and the time they devoted to my case, and they stuck to the pricing as quoted. I didn't hesitate to hire them, and I don't regret it. It took a few court appearances which John did so I didn't have to take time off work. Immediately after each appearance, Forch would give me an update so I always knew where things were at. Once again, the ticket was withdrawn. I'm so thankful for Charges Legal Services. I hope I never need them again (lol) but if I do, I won't hesitate to hire them again. read more

Forch LaRosa was a blessing in my life. Him and his partner John are very up-front and persistent. I was pulled over on Highway 11 and charged with STUNT DRIVING, accused of going 65 KM over the limit. I was looking at a 30 day license suspension and several thousand dollars in fine. Miraculously, by Charged Legal Services, I was completely let off the hook, only had to pay a fine of $160.50 as the charge was reduced to 29 KM over the limit, and had to make a charitable donation. Attached uploads is proof of what I'm talking about it. There may be other lawyers who charge slightly less than Charged Legal Services for their work, but it's better to pay a little more and make sure the job gets done by reliable people. They also did not fear monger me to get me to be their client. Thank you for the great job. read more

First of all I would like to thank Mr. Forch LaRosa of Charged Legal Services PC in handling my first time speeding ticket. He is very professional and will explain everything to you before getting their services. He will not give you false reassurance like a "guaranteed win" but you will be impressed on how professional he talked and respond to every question you have. He doesn't promise anything but one thing is for sure, that is he will defend you plus their price is also reasonable, no hidden cost. I did not think twice in getting him to represent me in court. My case was successful in having the charge withdrawn, no fine to pay; I know he did his best. I highly recommend Charged Legal Services if you are looking for reputable legal services, give them a call. read more
