Horrible service insanely slow very lazy been waiting here forever and we're the only customers

Waited an hour for limp, soggy, thrown together fried pickles. It was valentines day so i was assuming everyones spirits might be a bit down and i expected a wait or something. I ordered at 430. A pizza, two desserts, and fried pickles. at about 10 minutes in, a huge family came and ordered alot of food. 20 more minutes and 2 more people ordered, so i expected my food around then. They came out and told me my pizza sauce of choice was out and i needed to change it so i thought maybe the pizza was the last thing? 10 more minutes. Everyone that came in after me has gotten food and left (sat down and ate btw) and they started asking me how long i was waiting for. 20 more minutes (AN HOUR TOTAL) And they finally told me my food was ready. Was hoping to take it back to my girlfriend as a valentines day surprise so i hurry home and check all of the food. Everything was just so "ok" it wasnt even worth pictures. It was all luke warm and just tasted like food i guess. But the pickles (which were seven dollars FOR A SMALL) had no crust, no crunch, were soggy and wet, chewy, and no exaggeration inedible. It felt like i was trying to choke down raw chicken skin. They looked like you took pickle slices and dumped wet bread crumbs on them then baked it (even though they were cold.) Ill be honest some of the worst money ive ever spent on a holiday no less. Maybe stick to dining in. Hopefully they get new management or replaced soon. read more

We placed our order on a Sunday night, 12/28/2025 to be exact at around 6:30 p.m. There was nobody else in the restaurant. We waited about 45 minutes until we decided to go and check on the order. It turns out, the order was "never given to the cook". My daughter was with us and had been looking forward to eating some cheese pizza from Mazzio's. None of the workers were apologetic and instead played the blame game, saying it was the cooks fault. During this 45 minutes, not once were we checked on. Being the only people in the building, it shouldn't be to hard to check on your only customers. We wasted our time and instead went to Dominos pizza and received our order within 10 minutes and enjoyed a nice meal. We will never take our business to this establishment again. read more

The food at the buffet was good when it was fresh, mediocre when sat out for a bit. Seating is nice, good open area away from nearby customers. The service is usually pretty quick, if not, not too long of a wait. read more

Service was pitiful. Salad was good, pizza was okay. Prices were insane for a salad and a small pizza.

So not happy and I used to work there and expect better.. we ordered Mazzios on 11/17 our pizza, calzone and cheese dippers all came burnt.. the calzone was raw on the inside. So we did a review, they called us and offered to remake we told em we were out of town so they offered a refund we said sure, then they couldn't do that so they said they give me a credit and now its just gone poof.. This is getting ridiclous see if we ever eat there again. When I worked there their service was never this bad wasn't allowed to be.. way to go Mazzios just lost your self more bussiness and since we cant call corprate bet your just proud of yourself!! read more

Horrible service! Drove all the way from Hamburg get there waited over 20 minutes in the drive over 20 minutes!! Finally get my food.. ordered a family size ranch to go with our food never got it but I was charged for it. They gave me 4 small cups to make it equivalent... sure. Drive 30 minutes back home just to see I don't have the food that I ordered. I shouldn't have to check my order before I leave. read more

I paid for the salad bar and within a few minutes of starting to eat they started putting up the salad bar. This was two hours before closing. I told them I was still using it but they still put it up. It was a ripoff.the second picture is of the salad bar . read more

Usually I wouldn't be so disappointed, with this in mind I'm boutta head out. We arrived at the restaurant and placed the order around 6:02 it was a simple order one pizza and two orders of wings after 48 minutes the wings arrived cold and only half seasoned. As of 7:03 the pizza arrived, cold. It is my understanding several people had quit unexpectedly and I have been a customer for all of my life, but you only have to miss the first step to fall down the whole staircase. I'm genuinely sorry that the few working had a rough time but getting food that was colder than the restaurant itself, that was about 50-60°F to begin with, isn't my slice. The pizza that I did finally receive was cold, cut roughly, and looked like it was made from multiple pieces from different pizzas. All in all I like the place so I'm gonna give it a 3 star but this is more of a PSA than a rant, thank you for your time. read more

Very good. Great service. We love mazzios. Great cheese bread. Great pizza, great calzones.

We've never had a problem with them. Our food has always been great. When we take my husband's band to contest at the college in Monticello we always order from Mazzio's and they get the order correct, the pizza is great when it arrives and they deliver to us at the college wherever our band is. We think they are great. They do this every year for us. They kids really appreciate it as well as the directors. Hey!, what more can you ask for when you have that many to feed and they even get it there still hot!!! Wow!!! A+ guys in our book or we would not use them year after year. Ordering slowed by obstructed registers and order board. Food was good and quick. Salad bar was fresh.

Food fresh and fast. Could use some back ground music or something. Too quite like a library.

I come here frequently and the are very consistent when it comes to cooking good pizzas. You can save money by getting the dinner for 2 or the dinner for 4 and don't forget to ask for the UAM discount. read more

I was beyond impressed with the pizza and cheese sticks. We were originally going to just go to Pizza Hut until we found out it's only carry out. So a quick Yelp search for pizza landed us here. This seems like a low key place. We walked in and seated our family of nine and went up to check out the menu. On their sign it said if you sign up for text messages you get / a free cheese stick. Took like 2 seconds and I had a code for them. Our son wanted stuffed crust for his birthday and they demolished it. We ordered the chicken Alfredo with pan crust and it was so good so well. After paying 40 bucks for 3 lathes we sat down to wait. The food was out in no time but I had to help myself to plates and silverware from the salad bar. We ate and still had almost a whole pizza left. We will definitely be returning customers! read more

I have had many amazing experiences in Mazzios. The customer service at this place is spectacular. Though the pizzas are not the best, it was still nice. I've ate there three or four times. Once, I was waiting for a movie to start, just for shits and giggles, I was just going in there to buy a drink and wait in their dining area. They told me not to worry about it and that I could have a slice of pizza while I wait, free of charge. Customer service is IMPECCABLE! read more
