I buy pizza from the Mazzios in Cushing every week. Love the crust. In the last month, it has changed, I order a pizza and after driving to pick it up, wait for between 25 and 30 minutes to get it. Why should someone order ahead of time thinking they can go thru drive-thru, when they haven't even started the order yet. This happens every time I order. Not going there anymore. Will get my pizza at Pizza Hut. They're timely and the pizza is just as good. Bye-Bye. read more

Make your own lasagna entree...works for me Artichokes Onions mushrooms, delish Red & White sauce Meatballs cheese bake Red & White sauce We had the place to ourselves which was a lil unusual. I picked up an order through the pick up window. I handed the kid my sales tax exempt card, came back with receipt for signature, but didn't give me my receipt. Looking back kid didn't remove the taxes. Don't know if he doesn't know how to or is too scared to ask for help or was flustered but next time I'll walk inside. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the online special- 2 large pizzas 1 topping for $7.99 each..... ordered 2 large CHEEZE ONLY pizzas and when I went to pick them up my total was $29.50!!!!! I said it says $7.99 each online and she told me oh that's the price buster price. I said what is that?? She said you get less toppings on the special. ITS A F&$@ing cheese pizza!!!????!!!! And oh by the way there wasn't any extra cheese and even if there was you gonna tell me you put $11 extra dollars worth of cheese on there??? BS!!! Will not go there again and may never go to another Mazzios. I really hate to write this because I love Mazzio's,but our order was a disappointment. I ordered an online special for 29.99 it came with lg pizza , calzone , wings, cheese dippers, and cinnamon sticks. Everything but the wings BURNT! The calzone was like eating a cracker, the top fell off when I tried to take a bite. Cheese dippers which was the whole reason for us ordering from here... burnt and they forgot 2 ranches that came with our orders burnt and nothing to dip it in, the cinnamon sticks was like chewing on croutons, one bite and 90% of the cinnamon and sugar fell off, the taco pizza had no flavor everything was a disappointment besides the wings. I even said to my self I wished we just had ate at Mickey D's it would have saved us 20$ with all that being said the guy was super sweet with the curly red hair! The ladies are always nice. We eat the quick and easy buffet. And they will always make something specific if you ask.

The lemon pepper chicken was delicious...i didn't care too much for the pizza sauce but the toppings were good the service could have been better and friendlier although when she came to bring us our food she was very nice the place wasn't all that clean but there was only one cashier and she did everything, cleaned TABLES, took orderes, pkg. orders and delivered to tables. We got a pizza tonight that was supposed to be pepperoni onion and bacon. When it was delivered it had a few anchovies on it. My husband is deathly allergic to shellfish and anchovies contains the same protein that Shellfish does. Thank goodness he didn't have a piece that had anchovies on it. It took over an hour to get our delivery because it is a Friday night so that tells you they need more help and slow down when preparing the food. When I moved to Cushing two years ago, this Mazzio's was reliable both with quality and order time. In the last six months, I have had more negative experiences than positive. Orders that are supposed to be ready in 20 minutes can now take over an hour (with zero notice to the customer). The quality of what is provided in the pizza box (take out) is lackluster at best. Tonight's order was not only incorrect but poorly executed with pizzas that were supposed to have extra cheese, having barely any cheese at all and skimpy toppings at best. I am a long-time Mazzio's fan but will switch to Pizza Hut or Hunt Brothers from here on out. It's not worth the extra-long wait for the extra-disappointing pizza. read more

Usually mazios is pretty good but the last four times I have ordered pizza and boneless wings it has been terrible the pizza had no sauce when we even when we asked for extra sauce and the wings were dry and had almost no flavoring on them. It might have been an off night for them however it took almost an hour to get our pizza. There was only about 3 other groups of 2 to 5 people so they weren't swamped. There seemed to be plenty of kitchen people working and one waitress but it did take too long to get our food. Time stamp on our reciept was 7:58 pm and our food came out at 8:55 pm. read more
