I think they're one of the number one in the United States - as we've met several people there while we were waiting in the service from other state They have a campground affiliated with them that's right across the street and they let you stay there three nights complementary so you can get used to your motorhome or camper Once everything' was done with financing, we had hired an independent inspector, and there were a few things that they found wrong, and it was all repaired included in the purchase cost prior to us picking it up. I would like to add that this was a used vehicle so it was not brand new so it was nice that everything / all of the repairs were included. Upon staying at the RV site a couple of the items that they repaired wound up breaking down again, but we went over there and they pretty much stopped what they're doing and fix the problem for us We bought the extended warranty and plan on going back there every year to make sure we get necessary annual services completed. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. They give you a walk-through of your entire coach for about four hours before you leave to go to their campsite for three days. Jeff was our salesman and it was very nice to have a salesman follow up with you even after the sale to make sure there was no problems. Anytime we did have an issue Jeff addressed the problem that we had immediately and sent it to Service and it was refreshing having that after care from sales. Even the finance guy, Justin was super helpful. Honestly, everybody there was friendly and helpful and I can't recommend this place enough. Keep in mind, All RVs, whether it's New or used are going to have glitches. It's how they handle the glitches that matters in my opinion. It was refreshing that they took care of everything with no hesitation.

All of our needs and concerns have always been address by our service guy Michael. He even follows up afterwards with an email to see how the repairs are and makes sure we are satisfied. I really will not go to any other dealer for sales or service even though there is a dealer near me I would much rather drive the 3 & 1/2 hours to get this kind of attention and service. I purchased a used RV from this dealership earlier this year. Within a very short period after…read moretaking possession, I discovered significant floor deterioration that was not visible during the initial walkthrough. When the first rain occurred, additional issues became apparent, including water intrusion through multiple areas of the RV, including through electrical outlets and light fixtures. I also discovered mold present in areas such as underneath the bed in the back room and behind the dinette seating. The wall behind the sofa are completely deteriorated as well. Based on the condition of those areas compared to the newly installed carpet, these issues appeared to have been present prior to my purchase. I documented these issues with photos and video and communicated them to the dealership. I made repeated efforts over an extended period of time to resolve the matter directly. Due to safety concerns, including water intrusion, electrical issues, and mold, I had to purchase another RV to live in. While a buyback was discussed at one point, it was never finalized or agreed to, and the situation remains unresolved. We like the Camco brand for our camping needs. So we purchased two, some RV toilet tissue, black water tank cleaner and a flannel backed table cloth. Then we had some of their freshly made popcorn and were looking at the Good Sam's camping book. That's when Sandy came by and told us that if we purchased a Good Sam's membership, the book would be free. So we did and she told us about the Good Sam's credit card where you get an extra year of free membership and a 10% discount on some merchandise and campgrounds. She was very knowledgeable and for we got the discount on most of our purchases., the membership and a credit card ! She was great and it was a pleasure to shop there. She even offered to make us fresh popcorn! We wish that every customer service person was like Sandy!

CW sold us a 2021 camper. From the very get-go it's been nothing but problems. The check sheet…read morethat they do pre-delivery didn't get done. Said they had to order parts. 2 months later still not in. No updates or anything. After we got the proper 30amp electric run to our home we found out that the air-conditioning doesn't work. When we first had it at home, we extended the awning, and it was so dry rotted that it came away from the camper itself. I've had several phone calls back-and-forth between our sales person, service manager named Cameron who was very condescending talked over me when I tried to explain everything, overall a complete jackass! Mind you this is the first RV that we have ever had. They said that they would install a safety handle by the door... Not done. The propane was missing a cover over the propane tank which they said they would fix... Not done. Ifhad to do it over again, I would go somewhere else. Very bad customer service. The only redeeming bright spot was the service person,Scott. He explained to us a lot of stuff about the RV knowing we are first time RV owners, I feel our sales person should have done that prior to delivery.
