Charles has met and exceeded all expectations in his role as home inspector of a house we are purchasing from out of state. His communications have been timely, detailed, and clear. He was always open to discussion about our general concerns or questions. What's more, his reports were presented in a detailed, interactive format that was easily navigated and provided the creation of a repairs list (including many pictures taken during the inspection) to share with other parties in the purchase. His fair and comprehensive assessment of the conditions on the property and the ease with which his reports could be reviewed resulted in a smooth and more secure purchase process with no opposition from the sellers (including the repair request) or concerns from either agent. Lastly, the service included multiple inspection reports - sometimes required by insurance companies - and a lengthy phone discussion about the findings. I almost felt like he was there for the seller, the entire inspection was less than 30 minutes. The report they provided was basic and missing items even I noticed are in need of attention. Eugene was there for nearly two hours looking the house over top to bottom, using not only his eyes, but several other gadgets to ensure he didn't miss anything. The report I received was comprehensive, visual and covered all aspects of the home. This gave me a really good understanding of what was in store for me if I purchased this home as an investment. Called HomeTeam and the inspection was performed 2 working days later. The inspection report…read morearrived the day after the inspection, was 23 pages long with color photos. It had clear, concise explanations of all concerns, damages and positive factors. On 2 separate occasions, a few days after receiving the Report, I had to call HomeTeam for additional information about 2 "damage areas." HomeTeam called me back within a few hours and provided me with helpful, clear information and advice. I had a full house inspection and wood damage inspection and I thought their price/charge was very reasonable. I recommend this company and I would use them again, if the need arose.
