My baby (11 months) wasn't really able to get the best pictures bc he's a baby and doesn't really do well when I'm not near and he's around strangers, but even then we got a couple good pictures of him and his siblings. I normally book online by choosing an available day that works for us. On the day of our appointment we check in at the front desk and they will take you to their sets next to the front desk. You pick your backdrop and they start taking pictures. My favorite is their holiday headquarters specifically their Christmas sets. They now do instant viewings so you do have to wait after your session and you basically go through the unedited pictures on an iPad. You heart pictures in a love, maybe & no category and basically choose your finals from there. If you haven't tried them yet go check them out!

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. She managed to capture a wonderful blend of expertly posed as well as delightful candid shots. She listened to our ideas and added in her own creative style which I absolutely loved. Amber is incredibly easy to work with - we didn't feel any of that awkwardness that sometimes shows through in pictures when a photographer is capturing an intimate moment. Amber was a true professional from beginning to end - she responded to emails and text messages promptly and her online billing interface made it so easy to pay and keep track of payments - I had other vendors who lost checks/billed me twice etc. but I never had to worry about that with Amber. The day of the wedding was a blur for me - Amber made sure that our first look was executed perfectly and captured many shots before the ceremony so that the wedding party didn't have to miss out on a huge portion of the cocktail hour and reception to take photos - I love that! She even set up a digital photo frame at the reception so that guests could see some of the pictures shot earlier in the day. Everybody loved it!
