I asked the girl if I could have a towel for the floor and she said it was clean. I came out and the bottom of my feet were black. I waited 6 hours took a shower and I was streaked down my legs. I could not wear my open shoes, I had to wear black nylons to cover my streaked legs, and I had wear a longer dress. Monday @ 9 I spoke to a worker in the salon she saw my legs and the pictures and understood that I needed to speak to someone. I also knew I had to wait for the tan to go away to correct the mess. She promised her boss would call me. Tues spoke to the original worker. She also saw the problem and called the owner and texted her boss with my cell #. Still no answer. Friday I went back and spoke to the manager(who never called me, told her I wanted to cut my ties with the salon and I now wanted my money back. She called me back later in the day and told me the owner would not correct the problem. He ruined the wedding for me, he lost a customer and he lost all the student referrals I send to him. Don't go there! Called VersaSpa, they are not an authorized company and they are not buying their products!

Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making. I will absolutely be returning for intermittent ring checks!

The vendors had some cool items but we didn't find anything on this trip. The seating was the only downfall as there wasn't enough for the crowds present, if I had known I would have brought in a couple of beach chairs.
