I literally called this florist at 4:50 the day before the funeral. I had zero hope that I was going to get anything this nice delivered to the church the next day. I asked for them to send me a picture just so I could tell my mother-in-law which floral arrangement was ours and I was blown away. They sent me this picture at 8pm the same night I ordered!! There were no reviews so I had nothing to go by. I called and spoke to Debbie. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the way I was treated over the phone. I told her I would go home and think about what I wanted and call her the next day. I was so very grateful for all the info she had given me the night before. I placed the order first thing the next day. Debbie was patient and kind. I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me down the path to get the end result that I expected. She made the process easy and I was able to do everything over the phone. I am almost 200 miles away. This helped me out. I hope my friend's family enjoys the arrangement.
