This office is so accommodating! Dr Dave and all his staff couldn't be nicer. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I went to see Dr Pentino for an exam. I told him what I'd like to have done, he examined my teeth…read moreand did some X-rays. We discussed what needed to be done and then he told me he'd send me the treatment plans and I could decide from the information I received. I received the treatment plans and studied the information and made a decision. I did chose the plan that costs the most. I waited for a couple of weeks before calling to tell him the plan I had chosen. I called and spoke to the office assistant. I discussed the plan with her and she started going over the pricing with me. I let her know that the price she was giving me was not the price that I was quoted. She asked me to wait a moment, I did and when she came back and told me that there was a computer error that I was charged the amount the amount that they charge the insurance companies. The cost was approximately $4000.00 dollars more than what I was quoted. I asked her to please speak to the Dr. to see if he would honor the quoted amount. I waited for her to call back, when I called back the next day she said she had not talked to the Dr yet so I waited again when I called back the office was closed on Friday. Today is Monday and the office assistant called me to say he wouldn't honor the quote he had sent to me that if he did that would be insurance fraud. I'm not sure how that would be but I do not have insurance. I was going to pay cash. I could be wrong but t think something smells fishy in Denmark! Not good business practices. How can you change the patient more than the insurance company? I know the insurance companies do not pay everything but that doesn't mean bill them less. There wasn't even any insurance company involved in this situation. . NOT HAPPY! He just lost a customer! Can't post without adding at least one star.

Excellent Doctor with great bedside manners that are hard to find these days. He is very careful…read moreand skilled. I had a root canal and I did not have any pain or discomfort. He was very attentive and ensured my dreaded appointment was as comfortable as possible.
