When I arrived and got to the front test, I quickly realized that the receptionist was not wearing a mask, which striked me as odd and a bit concerning. After I payed for the test, I was told to go inside and sit on the testing area. While I waited, which was less than 1 minute to be honest, I noticed that the office's assistant wasn't wearing a mask either. The testing professional put her on as soon as she saw me and, without any pleasentries, asked me to pull down my mask so she could do the teat and immediately inserted the cotton swab into my nostril. I waited for my test outside for abour 15-20 minutes. When they came out to provide the results, the assistant finally put a mask on. The service was quick and efficient, but the lack of concern for the actual threat of infection is a big red flag.

The nurses in the collection area were friendly and gentle with soft background music helping relax the process. All the equipment is very modern and the labeling very accurate.
