I went in, they took my information and explained everything thoroughly. I had the option to wait outside the building, which gave me peace of mind since there were about 10 people waiting for different offices inside the hall. Julio, the angel of the day, made the experience quick and easy. He made sure I was comfortable and had a very optimistic attitude, which helped calm the nerves. I'm grateful to all of the staff who was working that day. I know they're overworked because of the demand for testing on the island, but they still treat every patient as if they were the only one they were seeing. Will definitely go back whenever I need any other test done.
