The massages were too hard and fast; my husband's neck massage was painful. The therapists conversed with each other in their own language during the entire massage and we couldn't relax. The room was very cold and I asked 3 times if they could turn on the space heater but they seemed not to understand English. When we left the therapist was angry about no tip even though she was the one who refused the amount I wanted to leave. She was yelling and very angry. We will never go back. It used to be such a nice salon years ago but has really declined in quality, price and customer service.

Our massage therapists were so great and very professional. The massages were relaxing as we added the hot stones for him so they also included that in my massage for no extra charge. Bean mentioned she was going on vacation so we thought they were learning to run it while she was gone. Well, into the massage my friends masseuse left 6 times to answer phones and whatever. She kept apologizing. My masseuse left 3 times. The massage was NOT the usual which would've been fine but it WAS NOT GOOD!!! My friends masseuse told her she would give her an extra 15 minutes but only did five. They talked pretty much the WHOLE MASSAGE back and forth. Bean wasn't there when we were checking out or we would have told her. I hope this is just a bad off day
