I called. I emailed him and is paralegal and was only told "I know he wants to speak with you" but no response for 4 weeks. Finally called and got him and he said he would draft up a modification for me to approve. By mid-February He did and I approved it. Then another 4 weeks go by with me taking the same steps as before but even more persistent. Turns out he quit working on my case because my EX intimidated him into dropping it with no legal proof. My ex somehow found out about my case and so was never served and nothing had actually been done. Yet, for four weeks my EX had this knowledge and I did not. Stratton was completely unprofessional and I would never recommend him to anyone.
