Why didn't they tell me this at the first phone call? I could have easily gone somewhere else. Rusty Hansen represented me for alleged DUI & the alleged wide turn that got me pulled over…read more Despite my passing the execution of entire roadside test , Mr Hansen didn't seek a dismissal & restitution for the weekend I spent in jail. I should have gotten a ticket for wide turn & been shown the discovery video... (Wide turns are literally my pet peeve when driving). Bannock Courts did not apologize for that police officers decision to arrest me... He even searched my vehicle & found nothing incriminating. It was reduced to inattentive driving with all the court fines and fees... I think had we discussed the discovery and went to trial... We could have been compensated for false imprisonment with a dismissal. Rusty also handled a protection order violation ; Rusty informed me that once a protection order is in place it cannot be reversed and I supplied Mr Hansen with the protection order I had against the party who was trying to get a protection order against me. However that was not dismissed either in fact the court records say that I plead guilty so does that mean Mr handsome failed to show up in court for me or not about the matter and I was guilty by default, yet more court fees and fines. Maybe it's coincidental but I'm not sure that Rusty is fighting for the truth or just his counties pocketbook weird he also implied that I was some sort of drug addict and then he dropped me like a hot potatoes... Rusty can either of those cases be reopened???? Can you make this right? I need represented for probate/family law... Lmk I give second chances
